I have an idea for a way to get your money back, it involves pooling your efforts.

A member could set up a partnership in whatever state Mr manley has the most assets in, the induvidual contributions to the partnership could be your interests in the CellC Fund investment. Pooled together these investments (and the interest on them at hte promised 50% every 90 days) would be both legally enforcable and as the partnership as an entity would have a lot of them, you could then force Manley Christian, The rental car business, and Faith Sloan into court where you could secure judgements against them and then proceed to foreclose on their assets, homes and businesses.

please don't forget me when next payout to e-bullion happens. My account #207shows "PAID" since the first payout round, but I never received any payout. You told me that you paid some one else, and promised to pay . So I hope to have my principal back at least. It was the minimum and all other "small investors" seems to have been paid. So I hope to have something back also, it would be nice

I almost want to give a go to my idea...anyone want to sell their account? I may be willing to pay your original principal amount on the off chance I can sue him for the interest asnd treble damages for fraud.... I've done a little looking and South Carolina is an private negotiable transfer state.

If you are interested, I can sell my account to you. Just to warn you beforehand he (Manley) is extremely unreliable in paying off. Not a trustworthy person to have business partnership with.

How much is your account, and is it possible to see any paperwork/agreements you signed (I mean actually signed with an inkpen and sent in, electronic signatures are not enforceable in most financial documents and if the contract had the "not a member of law enforcement" and such in it it's not bindable anyhow)

If I do it I'd gather a few account together and then sue him, his company, the people who promted it who I can easily identify, Faith Sloan etc.... and once I have a judgement I'll put a lien on the business, his bank accounts, real estate etc.... I'm pretty confident I can not only enforce the 50% per 90 day interest rate but also get treble actual damage and punitive damages...I may end up owning the business and everything else he has....


And I want to thank you shameless cheerleaders who for years have been accusing me and others of having ulterior motives when I try to warn people off these scams....you gave me the inspiration to take all this to an attorney and see if it would work. Now you can no longer ask me what I care if I don't have anything in it, I will have something in it and likely if I do this I won't be the last one to do it, if it works it could be a growth industry....Greg Knight etc... lots of these guys operating in the US who have real assets...

Yes anyone can sell you there individual loan. I would in fact welcome that idea, but be careful what acquisitions you make. The road you speak of is not that easy. However it does not matter because I will pay the loans. I have done what I told you I would do on the first. I will post the Info. As soon as the e-bullion clears doc, your the next out. Thanks for the compliment Maxine. We have only seven accounts left to pay and then we will be current and ready to move on with plans for this year. I have two people working on that right now. I'm also going to try to knock these 7 remaining loans out really quickly.

Hey Liar Manley, its been almost a week now since you did the ebullion transfer, where is the money? Wont take that long for ebullion to fund your blxxdy account. You are a man full of bxxlsxxt! Pay and I wiill get out of ur freaking way!

Manley please pay your members. Things could have been so different in this program if you would have only been prompt and dependable. Members had so much enthusiasm and confidence in Cellcfund when it first started. Payments were prompt and dependable. To be honest, I don't know how many members would have enough trust to put any more money in any of your future ventures. If you would just be prompt and make payments as you say you will, maybe, just maybe members would want to continue.

Look guys for some reason the wire did not fund the account and the transfer was redeposited in my account. This afternoon I resent the wire. When this clears I will pay out. The next round of e-boullion will be deposited on 1/23/08. I only have 7 of you left and believe me I want to get this cleared up as well.
As soon as this clears doc, I will pay you.

Yes Maxine...As soon as the last weeks messed up wire clears I am going to pay that out and put in another round on 1/23/08....On the 23rd or possibly the 24th I will be sending you and Eager both a check out. I will update the website on the 23rd to show the new payments after last weeks payments are paid.

A letter has been mailed to all customers of Ceptrust LLC. For those of you that used CEP Trust as a loan processor to us. I do suggest that you send in the form to the IRS or at the least file on last years returns.

P.S. - Remember that Monday is a Federal Holiday and all banks are closed. I don't know if e-bullion will operate or not on Monday. However I would not expect anything to post until the 22nd or 23rd. And what is sent on the 23rd probably wont clear till the 25th or the 28th.
