Some of us had been waiting since like April. We had to roll it over because of the problems with E-gold. But he had plenty of time since then to give it to us in E-gold or e-bullion or freaking pigeon carrier. Fact is Manley is a bold faced conman and so is Faith Sloan. Robert Anthony doesn't exist, he IS mr "manley".

Eager to learn, what is the name and contact of that lawyer that e-gold referred you to?

I know for a fact that lawyer has been successful in getting money back from other online scams and I forgot the name of this lawyer but he is well known with E-gold which is what I sent my money through to Mr Manley and Faith Sloan's sham investment operation here.

Manley, If I dont see payment happening by the end of the day, as promised by u that payment will happen on Monday, I will lodge some forms and you shall wait for questioning not by us but by them.

I hope we can all be civil here and give Manley till the end of this week to see payouts happening. We all know what happens when lawyers and such get envolved!
I have personally talked with Manley and know he feels bad about how things have gone. Also, remember he too got taken by the CEPT Trust problem and lost money there like many of the rest of us.

I talked to a few of you today and will do as I have said and I am going to get you wrapped up quick. As this is a little bit of a hassle for me. It's alright. He better get his ass moving. I already got a response back. They told me I should file a police report from the local city his business is at since he operates a car rental business. They said after the city investigates the case it would be much more efficient and then state and feds could then take over the investigation to collect funds for us scam victims and to lead criminal prosecution.

If I don't see a payment soon, Im calling the city police in the town of his car rental business and faxing a police report there for investment fraud.

The only problem is that I have poor customer service with those of you that lent me money; brought on by not having time to fully dedicate to doing business with you. I Guarantee your money Winner and you will get it. I'm not going to drag these payment out any longer than 6 months and for the most of you that will mean possibly one month. Thanks for responding manley. At least your not ignoring us any longer. As a business man you know the civil cases are ever so much more nasty, and costly. Just a note to everyone reading OUR thread. The feds don't have to have a legal case. All they have to have is a reason. Then they will come in and freeze bank accounts, as many as they want. Then they will take there own sweet time "investigating". After the investagation is over the costs of the search will come from the frozen account. So even if Manley is found innocent (unlikely from all the deadlines missed) He'll lose.
Of course as I said before there is not much for us to lose because were getting nothing now anyway.

Manley its up to you make this all go away. As I said before just get one of those credit cards that we get in the mail and pays us off. You could do it very quickly. You could even probably get a business line of credit and the whole thing would be tax deductable. That would be less expensive than hiring a laywer to fight off civil suits and legal investiagations.

I wish to get all my principal and interest that you owe me all the way from all the way from June 12 2007.
The story goes like this...
My Account number is 216. You should have the info about me.
I invested $1198.92 into your PLAN A since 12th May 2007 so I am supposed to get interest of $167.84.
I requested for this interest to be sent to me but it was never sent.
Before my plan A ends, you guys revised the plan and remove PLAN A so my money got reinvested into PLAN B after it matured.
Now PLAN B has also matured on 21 September 2007 and i should be getting a $599.46 interest from Plan B. I requested for interest also to be sent to me, but i never recieved it.

I dont wish to play games with you anymore too Manley as I am totally not happy with your customer service at all anymore. One can only tolerate so much when money is involved.
So let me break it down for you of how much you or your company owes me which you say you always guarantee.

You owe me my Principal of $1198.92 + Interest from PLAN A of $167.84 + extra interested gained for Plan A interested from maturity date till now + Interest from PLAN B of $599.46 + extra interested gained for Plan B interested from maturity date till now.

Hello, everyone! I just wanted to pass the word that I spoke with Manley moments ago and he was loading ebullion for the paidouts. I know this due to the fact that I had to personally go over each account number with him. No one wants this to be resolved more than he does, I'm sure. For those of you that assume that he and I are one-in-the-same, I regret to inform you that I'm merely an employee entrusted with a very difficult task, a liaison. I'm sorry that the information that I've passed along wasn't adequate, I was just giving what info I had received.

Hey Robert, the same thing was said by you (i.e. Manley was loading ebullion for the paidouts) couple of weeks or perhaps months ago and that NEVER materialised! I take this as another B***S*** until proven otherwise!

I don't know about the rest of you but if I am not paid what Manley owes me, I'm going to initiate a civil suit against him. He sent me a check via FedEx today in the amount of $200.00 although he owes me $1,560.90. I felt like crying when I saw it as I was expecting Manley to pay what he owed me, as he promised me he would do.

He's had my money since March 3rd! And he hasn't even paid me the full amount that I invested. It's Christmas time and my hopes for a nice Christmas was dependent on Manley paying what he owed me.

Manley is fully aware of my situation. I am a single mother trying to raise two young children on my own, their father passed away in 2001. The following year I was in a terrible car accident that left me disabled and unable to return to work. Me and my children live on a shoestring budget. I do what work I can from home to make a living. When Cellcfund came along I truly thought it was a Godsend and I was soooo thankful!! (God I feel like crying!!)

Manley is a successful businessman and I am sure he lives in a beautiful house and drives a very nice car. I'm sure his wife and children will have a wonderful Christmas.

Now tell me why a successful businessman like Manley finds it so easy to take advantage of a woman in my situation??? As far as I am concerned Manley is a vulture that gleefully consumes the weaker prey!!

Can anybody advise me how best to proceed with this situation?? I am not going to let it just drop!!

Listen we are paying and will pay what we owe. I did initiate the the wire transfer to ebullion today at 3:30 EST time. and am working on posting the amounts for everyone right now. I will have the account status board up hopefully tonight. I have not worked on this all day due to being busy am doing it right now. We have paid some in full others in partial. I just got a $200 check by Fed EX today also. I know it is not the full amount but he has started paying again! Please do not get the Gov. involved because we will all end up losing! It has happened to me with other programs. They freeze accounts and ask questions later.

I thought I should leave this alone but I've changed my mind because you have left this very misleading to others. We have re payed your principal, and the money we sent you for your loan was interest. The money that you originally sent us has been re payed. So you have made money off of me.

As I said early I guarantee principal and you have made money. I spread out the available money so that others could get payed to. I payed off all small accounts and payed partials to others. I will post totals tonight.

So I ask that if you post let it be fair and not misleading. Yes we are slow on paying and I suck at communication, but we are not going to keep your principal lend and we will make sure that each of you profit from helping us before we close the site.

I was not misleading at all and you HAVE NOT paid me all the money that I put in!!!

I put in $1,000.00 via Egold on March 2nd when faith was still involved. I was paid out $1,140.00 to my egold account on April 3rd (when Faith was involved). I then turned around and put everything back in: the initial $1,000.00 that I put in, the $140.00 interest that was paid from Plan A and added $230.00 additional money that I had in Egold that was from my own personal funds. So I put in $1,230.00 of MY money along with the $140.00 interest that you paid. You paid me $1,000.00 on June 22nd (after having to repeatedly beg you to pay it!!). The check you paid me today was NOT interest!!! It was $200.00 which means I am still out of pocket $30.00 and you have had my money since March!! I have not received a penny of interest. So at the very least, you have terrible bookkeeping but I personally find you to be a liar and a swindler. I have a record of all my transactions and plan to proceed legally if I do not receive what was agreed. I don't care if a lawyer gets every dime of the money that you owe me. I would rather him have it than for you to keep it in your pocket.

Hope it makes you feel good to take advantage of someone in my condition!!

So I haven't got my principal back at this time and no interest either. It was a small investment, but I still hoped to have something more back! The reason your account is marked paid is because Manley has sent out the payment to you. I'm not sure what format he sent it to you with since I didn't have an account number for you, maybe Manley did or he just sent it to you however you sent it to him. I'm sure that he has sent it to you.

why do some say "pending" and others say "not paid". Whats the difference between the two?

Pending means as soon as e-bullion clears pending will become paid. And not paid mean we did not make a payment to them. As of 1:00pm EST the wire still had not cleared, but I will check again tonight and if its there I will do the transactions.

My accountid is #207 and says "PAID". I see that Manley is on this forum and answers some clients, so I hope he can tell why I haven't got any payout?
