I did not get a chance to call Manley on Saturday as I was gone most of the day. I have not, as of yet, gotten a response to the message I left for him on Friday. I will definitely call him bright and early tomorrow morning. I will let everyone know what is said when I do speak with him.

He said that Robert should be taking care of payments this week (he almost made it sound like the reason that things were not being taken care of was because Robert was not doing his job). Hopefully this will be taken care of. I would really hate for things to get ugly but I am pretty much there. I've had it with empty promises and I fully expect Manley to keep his word. He also made the statement to me that caught me off guard and I did not respond, but he said "yeah we guarantee your deposit". Does that sound like he's possibly only planning on paying the original investment without profits? I started to call him back but I'm going to wait and see if payments are indeed going to be made "this week". If he thinks that I am going to just be happy with just my investment back while he gets to coast on a six month interest free loan, that ain't happening. I'm starting to really get mad as I've had it with being jerked around. Let's just see how things unfold this week.

Please, please, please if anybody has gotten a payment and hasn't posted yet, please give a shout out here in the thread. Okay today is Wednesday (three days to go). We will definitely be getting paid this week because Manley promised.

I was certainly hoping to post this week. I personally talked with Manley last Mon. 10/22 and he promised me he would personally mail me a check on Tues.10/23. I thought it should be here by now. If you sent it Manley I would like to know because it hasn't arrived yet.

Hello Maxine, I'm just wondering. What was Manley's attitude when you spoke with him on the phone? Did he come across as vaguely impatient with you? Now it could just be purely my imagination (possibly due to my own irritation) but I vaguely got the impression that he regarded me like an irritating fly that he wanted to swat. Hmmm, just waiting to see how things are going to unfold.

Time for my daily Cellcfund update:

Just spoke with Manley on the phone (yes I called him again ) I can be very persistent when I put my mind to it. )

Manley was actually quite pleasant, which I was very thankful for, especially regarding some of my slightly smarmy posts that I have made recently (maybe he hasn't read them yet ).

But he was very nice and told me to make sure to send Robert my ebullion number because he was definitely making payments. (Come on now I know what you're thinking, cause if I hadn't spoken to Manley personally, I would be thinking the same thing).

But I really do believe that he's going to do it, he sounded very definite.

I don't know how many members have actually spoken to Manley on the phone but he is really a nice man and a very likable person.

Okay pleasant feelings have returned.

Come on Manley, I have confidence in you!!

I just talked to Manley again today. I don't know exactly what is going on but I think we need to remain respectful and hope he follows through with his promises of payouts. He told me that Robert should have sent me a check already and he ( Manley) will check into it. To me he just seems tired and wishes this would all be behind him.

Well, to be honest with you, I have no idea. Manley collected all documents pertaining to these accounts mid-way through October, that's when I posted he was paying out. Since then, I haven't had much interaction with Mr. Christian regarding these accounts, I presumed he'd paid out to everyone. I will check with him and see what the hold up is.

Up to now there is nothing.
I wish to just clarify that i did also specify before that I wish to be paid through Ebullion and have sent my Ebullion account number. I hope there is a follow up on this. If you need my account number again i can always send u a email again.

Please tell me if the loan program is really going through some problems, I would really wish to withdraw all my money through ebullion. The lack of response and effort we need to go through to get some money out of you seems like climbing a mountain.

Please at least explain to us the situation so we investors can understand.

Alright everyone, I apologize for not posting anything new in a few days. I was out of town dealing with another office. I haven't heard anything new from Manley regarding payouts, but then again he did have a set back at the beginning of the week due to some unloyal employees. I don't mean to give excuses for him, but that is where he's been for the past few days. With that taken care of, I'm sure he will focus his energy on the payouts he has been promising.

What about a civil suit?? Is it not illegal to take a loan and not repay the loan and the interest agreed upon when the business that is supposed to be backing the loan is still operating successfully?? That is what a friend of mine advised me to do. I'm tired of playing around!! I'm about ready to get some outside people to deal with this for me, people who know how to deal with people like Manley.

All those places have forms. I encourage everyone to fill out all the forms.

I'm sorry you feel the way you do about my company. However I can not tell you what to believe.

On short note - We will start paying loan reimbursements on Monday. every Friday after that payments will be made until all loans are returned. (with some interest). I appreciate all of you for your confidence in our program. we do however guarantee your principal.

Better follow thru or I'll join the fray. My invest adds some weight to our side of the scale. And don't forget these goverment types freeze first then ask questions. And not just on line funds either. there job is to prosecute not forgive or have patience, it's not in there job description. All they know is broken promises equals fines and jail time.
We won't get much after there thru but were not getting anything now so whats the dif.
If a civil suit is raised then lawyers who earn there living on percentages will go after as much as possible. There is at least one who specailizes in on line investments. He's suggested by e-gold fraud dept.
