r u expecting positive comments for delayed/non-payments? better get on the phone as quickly as possible and find out whats the deal with empty promises. There are limits to patience.

So far, all I've got is that He is going to pay them out. I don't want to keep looking like a liar, so I'm not going to post a payment date. We had a meeting the other day, he outlined his debts and the like and I assure you he can pay you out and the business is in no way in trouble. As to the reason for the tardiness, I have no idea. I will continue to call Mr. Christian and do what ever is in my power to help solve this problem.

As for the question of Ms. Faith, she has not been with the company since May, I think. Not too sure of the exact date of her dismissal. I do know that she and Mr. Christian had a falling out regarding money and a rental property. Ms. Faith has been gone for some time now.

get him here to talk to us directly as to why payment has been delayed, again and again. he only needs to spend like 5 minutes of his precious time.

I just talked to Mr Christian on the phone. There a deadline of friday. I'll post the results. As for me it is my last deadline before action. I have no way of verifying any action on his part but he said that he intends to pay everyone on off then shut the program down. Small investors first then larger one like me over the next few months.

If I interpeted it right everyone will be getting there principle back with a week or two. I hope so good luck to everyone.

When I spoke to Mr. Christian yesterdday afternoon, he also told me that it'd be the end of the week and that the small ones are paid out first, where as the larger ones will have theres broken down and paid out over the next couple of months. After that, he plans to either close it down or try to get it right from the get go inorder to avoid the same mistakes.

Allright, I do have some news. I spoke with Mr. Christian just a minute ago and learned that he is loading the e-bullion account as i type. Those payments are to be dispersed no later than the weekend. Eager, I have got your check in the mail and Mr. Christian assures me that his arrangements with you will continue as planned with the next check. I has given me your tracking number for your fedex package as being:863175602165, you should receive it tomorrow afternoon. That's all the info I have at the moment. Hopefully, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I hope that means that those of us who also want payment by check will be on the short list! I really have tried staying calm but it has been almost 3 months since the first payment was due.
I don't want Manley to pay extra to send it FedEx but just send it!

Could someone please clarify something for me please. On June 9th I had $780.00 rolled back into Cellcfund into Plan B. From what I understand (and please correct me if I am wrong) but from what I understand is that in 90 days, you get paid 50% ($390.00). Then your principle ($780.00) is automatically rolled back in for 90 more days. At the end of 90 more days, you get paid another 50% ($390.00) plus your principle ($780.00). Am I correct in my understanding?

Yes, that was the original plan. I just don't know if that is what Manley is still planning to pay out. I guess we will have to wait untill we hear more from Manley.

I just find this whole situation very frustrating. I put my money into Cellcfund because Faith promoted it and had so much confidence in it. After talking to Manley on the phone, I was even more confident that I had made the right choice with Cellcfund.

However, as things have unfolded I have become very disillusioned and frustrated with the whole situation. We have continually been assured that things were going to be taken care of and that payments were going to be made. Again and again assurances were not kept and payments were not made. The frustrating thing is that if I had put my money in another program that I have been in for some time, my money would have continued to work for me.

Okay I would like to give a scenario:

I wonder what Manley would do if someone came into his business and rented a car. Then, for whatever reason, did not return the car when it was expected. Then, not only does the customer not return the car but does not pay Manley the car rental. All the customer does is give promises of money that he will be paying but does not do so. He just keeps delaying on paying the car rental and yet he continues to keep the car. What do you think Manley's reaction would be??

Rob, any reason why those weekend payments never took place?

This just my opinion but I think that Robert is being kept as much in the dark as the rest of us.

He would call the police and report the car as stolen and that's exactly what you should do. You people know exactly where this scammer is, and you know that in the last few months both of the Carolinas have been pretty aggressive prosecuting internet ponzi schemes (and that is what this is, you know htat don't you?) so you have no one but yourself to blame for not having your money. And in this case you have more than enough incentive to go after him, unlike say, CEP where it turned out to be two scamming collage students with nothing for the courts to take from them, this guy has a home, a real live business etc...you could very well get ALL your moeny back if you just called the police.

If Manley's business is doing as good as he states, why is he having such a problem making payments?? I'd really like to know the answer to this. The way that I see it is that:

A) His business is not doing that great and he just does not have the money to pay us.

Or

B) He does not place his investors with any kind of priority and does not think it is that important to keep his word with us and pay us what is rightfully due.

Either way, I am fed up with all the delays and empty promises and I want the money that is due to me.

Thanks, but I'm really not looking for opinions. This question is for Rob, since he has direct contact with Manley. Last Wednesday Manley told Rob he was loading his e-bullion account as he was speaking to him, and would make payments this past weekend. So I'm sure Rob will find out from Manley why the payments didn't happen.

I talked to Manley yesterday. He said he was going to check with Robert about the payouts. He called me back and promised he would be sending me a check by today. I will let you know when I get it.

I don't know but I wish one of them (preferably Manley) would come in here and post something to let us know what the problem is. Manley was in here yesterday reading the thread but did not post anything. The webpage is back up so hopefully that's a good sign. I'm going to call him this morning (it's 7:00 am my time) and find out what he has to say.
