I apologize to all of you who are waiting. If you haven't received your account number, please PM me. I may have an error or two in your e-mail address and it has caused a few not to receive them. If you have not sent me your e-bullion account, please do so. Lastly, for those who do not know how to contact me personnally, the address is support@cellcfund.com. Mr. Christian is able to resolve the money matters now that we have account numbers for e-bullion. He should be issuing everyones' money out to them.

No payment in he mail. No one getting paid. Why are we being treated like childern. We are you creditors. It is wise to pay your creditors, esp when we know where you are.
I talked to Manley on Monday and he said he would get me a check this week. I hope that happens and that everyone else gets what is due.

It' s obvious if this program won't pay us i'm gonna really do something. 100% they won't close withouth a huge penalty.... over 3 months and no payment....they could make a nice profit from our money and still return them back Why is Manley ignoring us?? He has his business based in South Carolina, not too far from me. I hope it doesn't come to having to go to meet him in person. He really seems like a truly nice, legitimate person. I liked him very much when I spoke with him on the phone. I will call him on Monday. It's the weekend and I don't want to bother him right now. But I will call him Monday morning. He also owed me a payment due on Sept. 9th of $390.00 and up to this point I haven't bothered him but I think it's time to speak with him. I hope all this will be straightened out soon. I'll let everyone know how it goes.

Due to some isp issues, I have been unable to connect to the internet since Wednesday. I apologize for the delay in responding. I spoke to Mr. Christian this morning and he and I believe that we need to shut down the system for the time being. (Not Completely shut down, but stop accepting rollovers and the like until we have everyone paid.) He assured me this morning that he would be paying everyone out and that after we have done so, anyone wishing to continue with us, will be able to do so. Again, I apologize for delays, excuses and the like, everything should be taken care of.

Hey admin. I know that this site is a regular business with real budgets and real business projections. You can post time frames of resolution of payments. Thru any other lending medium you would be paying big late payment chargers. Since this was not in our contract the only course we have left is a class action for a broken contract. And remember this is a binding contract which you have broken. I really hate posting flames, I really really hate being the bad guy. It is a personal displeasure even contemplating a law suit. I hate them, I hate them. Lets try to resolve this quickly before action is forced upon us. For the most part we are a very forgiving and hopeful bunch here. I think even token payments would help stretch out our patience. I know that you could get a credit card at even given day and pays us what you owe.

Monies will be dispersed on Wednesday! I spoke to Mr. Christian and he is going to send out payments Wednesday and close the accounts for now. Again, I apologize for the tardiness of the payments. Everything should be taken care of and then we shall open back up, better then ever!

What do you many he is a busy guy. We have busy lives too. Went lent money in good faith, he took the money with a personal OBLIGATION. That means we legal come high on his priority list. Let his employees take care of his business so he can take care of his legal obligations to us his creditors. He's making money with what we gave him. Its time to kick in and make an honest effort. Finanacially it would make more since to pay off all contracts in full then close out. If he has to get a conventional loan to do so it would still be chaeper to do so. The only reason he hasn't is because he thinks he can blow us off. Ignore them they can't do or won't do anything. Well as for me and my 10,000. There are pleanty of lawyers who love to take this case. Its a very simple case of investment fraud. There are other govermental officials that would love to audit his books. I can think of several agencies who could take some action. One at a time or all at once. All it would take is an anounymus phone call. It time to be put higher on his priority list. NOW Man I hate being a bad guy. I keep telling myself that I'm not the one being Bad, but it still leaves me feeling very sick about things. Trust is a thing given freely once, after that it gets very very expensive. I think Mr Christians expenses are going to go up sharply very soon. Lets say shortly after Wednesday.
Agreed. How many times have we heard Mr. Manley say the payment is coming soon. My investment wasn't 10K, but I know one thing I will not let you keep my money as its not hard to know where to look to bring attention to this matter if you know what I mean. So my advice is pay up immediately.
