recently I noticed new trend - more and more programs announced in MMG are in prelaunch status.
almost all of that HYIPs using GC script; design, plans, content already is fully developed. So there isnt any real need for members to help testing and fixing something.
Then admin post many times reporting how many days/hours left till they launch, mutiple times asking members to start referring...
When I find program, I do some research, if I want to invest, I join and invest. I consider this prelaunch annoying, because, when I want to invest, I cant. Is it fun for you to wait and wait and look at time when we will be able to invest? Not fun for me.
what do you think about this?

being prelaunched is a good idea especially if that the prog is worth investing and be the first investor

yes, it s a good idea. Members can find out what are admin intentions ( atleast some of them ) and talk about his program...better promotion, etc

You will never know an admins true intentions even with a prelaunch since most will keep the true details hidden from the majority of investors no matter what the program is.
As mirc3a24 said it is only an "attempt to get some hype around the program". However I would not agree with the useless statement.

im not looking for programs with many "paid" posts.
me (probably you too) visit this forum daily and see almost all new programs.
hmm, when you see good program, you invest, right? How is it better if you find that program and then need to wait few days till it launch?

Probably it help owner to atract more people and get more deposits in first day, it also mean program will get less % deposited in next days (compared to programs which didnt play prelaunch).
It can be bad sign for investors.

Most of the casses it's useless because investors see the thread, see they can't spend now and then look for other places to invest their money if the launch is after more than one day.....time is money, right? In the best case the investor is gonna save a few $$ to get in right at the start and then leave!
The only prelaunch that had succes lately was InfiniteMultiplicity or whatever is called That depends if you like to call "succes" 62 pages of BS!

Serious programs do not need pre launches, in my opinion, it just calls more attention which sometimes is not good... as most admins just want attention, then get money and run

If a pre-launch is managed well, it can be quite beneficial for those that can take advantage of it.

yeah that infinitemulti..whatever owner many days ago told, they going to launch when 500 members joined, till today joined less then half of that. And now all free forum advertising resources almost exceeded... obviously that one would do much better without all this prelaunch BS.

yeah, sometimes it gets so much hype at 1st, but when it launches 75% of them forgets about investing, and feels that its too late to invest

but for that Infinitemultiplicity since it prolong the launch and lots of discussion going on, dont think it will have a success when the time launched

PreLaunch is important i think, because we can ask admin anything about his/her site

Everything belongs from program. If it is something new and never seen before - prelaunch may be a good time to take a look. But when prelaunch goes with HYIPs which use GC script, my opinion is like most of yours - it's a bull****.

you are completelly right, nowadays people only have games in mind, so that\'s exactly what they think. Anyway, the industry is bad so I guess they are right, everything is a game today.

Lol.. I just start my hyip experience on nov. 06, after got scammed a few times, i got one summary: All hyip is a games, how can admin use our money and give us 10% profit/day, what business can do it?
and most of hyip (that call themselves investment site, that is totally bull****) will over after payout 40-50%

Great idea for prelaunch. It causes a lot of people to register early, program kicks off with a bang, and gets questions answered!

If it is dont right it works, if not it is disastrous. I recently launched an HYIP. Posted that we were in pre-launch. Had alot of activity until I posted pre-launch. Once I posted pre-launch it was dead. Even though the design was good, the plans were good, the admin was not a scammer, it kind of went belly up,
So if I ever launch another one, it is going to be full bore right out of the chute. Lifes lessons are never any fun, but most pre-launches dont work. They used to in the old days, but there is a different breed of people here.
