I applied my Alipay account with their distributor in Hong Kong called <a href="http://www.paymentasia.com"> PaymentAsia </a> which they can do it in English. Also the remittance could be done outside of China as well.

My experience with Alipay/ PaymentAsia is quite good so far...

I have one more question, are there any insurancce protection that a payment gateway can offer so when there is lost on fraud there are coverage from insurance company?

I asked both Alipay and PaymentAsia and they said there is no such thing...
