I access my eGold account from my home pc (streamyx) and my office pc. But everytime I log in the Account Sentinel will say it has detected change in browser or IP address and send me a PIN number. This happens even though I've set eGold to allow my home pc IP address. I suspect it is because streamyx uses dynamic Ips. Anyway the PIN sent to my email address often does not come in time. This is frustrating. Does anyone know how to overcome this? thanks

I use g-mail and never have a problem getting the PIN e-mail, it always comes right away.

My gmail sometimes takes more than 15 minutes. Do you think it is okay if in the Privacy Settings I " always enable cookies from the egold site"?

thanks

I noted another two issues. One is that if the PIN comes early and you key it in immediatly, EG does not recognise it and says PIN is wrong. I have to wait a couple of minutes then only will EG recognise it.

The other thing is that my office IP address keeps changing even over a matter of minutes. So EG keeps asking for a PIN every time I click and after awhile, I don't know which PIN is for which page. sad.gif

Looks like I have to use my home pc for EG.

You can chose to disable PIN verification. But my suggestion is leave it as it is.
I can see people already attempted to use my PIN (maybe some backdoor
program on my PC). Just watch out before turning this feature off.
