What is the dif between HYIP and Non HYIP section on MMG forum
As I c on non HYIP section Administrator post there program almost same as HYIP program.
In my view non hyip should post there FAX number phone number and a office address etc etc what legal business require.

I hope you guys understood what I mean.

Hummmmmmm.. In HYIP Folder you will find heaps of high % profit programs like 150% after one day etc etc
and in NON-HYIP folder you will find low % monthly based programs.. or may be some scams or PONZI also which are offering 60% per month or so on..
but having Phone#,Fax# isn't a probelm..
you can buy virtual things any where from internet.

yes i have studied all offshore stuff as well

Legit programs or investment is only that who show's their previous records or statments of atleast previous 3 months.. and proff that they are really making money for people or will have potentional to make money for new inevsotrs...
If you get real records or statments then it's mean that program is legit only.. no matter of having Virtual Offices etc etc
