Admin fee is not refundable.

Doubler restarts means that I will delete all spots and then I delete, I will put timers, about 23-24hrs after restart new spot starts.

Yes, because it's hard to restart and open new lines, do refunds, etc.

When is the restart? Clock not working?

Clock works for me, spots restart in about 5hrs 10minutes, after restart you will see clocks to the spot opening.

Do you have a set time in which you start every day?

Yes, but not every.
Example:

1st day - doubler starts.
2nd day(after 24hrs) - doubler restarts(delete spots)
3rd day - doubler starts again, with new, clear lines(after 48hrs from first start and after 24hrs from restart).

john refunds get last person in every line, if there is enough money to do it from the formula (Total Accepted - Payouts = Money for refunds)

People if you can, please promote our doubler too If you have credits in surfs and you don't use it, you can add our doubler, also make a thread in your nationality forums which I can't access and others which I don't know, in pages such as blogs too, that would be awesome The doubler will be much bigger and then all the lines will move a lot better than now, so what are you waiting for?
