Hey Guys. Im new I guess. Not new to GPT Programs, signed up for hundreads, but what I typically find is programs that have too high reachable payouts, or it takes forever to even see your hard earned payments come through. My question is this, (if this needs to be moved, I apologize)

What are the best and more effective GPT programs out there, that offer low payouts, and low wait times.
I will suffice with high payout FREE programs. Thats one thing I would like to see, some programs that don't charge for high payout surveys, and etc.

You can up grade yes! but you can also have a free account and when you earn a certain amount of points, I cant remember of the top of my head what it is, you get so many in each link in the email each day. You can save them up and then cash them out and start that way.
