I can't say enough how thrilled I am with this program. I also got into CEP the day that they closed for new members last time, but the same day (or soon there after) I looked at the other 2 CEP sites and joined them too. Then I looked around and read some in the forums to decide how I wanted to handle this. Decided that my best way for now was to put all into C88 and go from there. (especially since I only was able to start very minimal) But my acct is rapidly growing! It's thrilling! I'm beginning to understand the uses of the calculator more now too. (To those that don't have it, if you join the Coastin88 forum, there is a link to it, with detailed instructions-I could help you with it now, but it's all there for our benefit.)

Hi! Since you're used to the HYIP scene where it's just a game where you may get your GREAT big returns after 1-3or 5 days or ..not, then maybe 8% doesn't sound like a lot..but this isn't a game. Now to the questions. One was regarding the plan we have made to work towards a very low minimal risk point. We had not explained how we intended to do that before. We have built up a very substantial reserve, and we have been able to invest portions of it in solid businesses to make returns from it and build an even greater reserve. When the reserve is at the point to pay everything daily by what it is earning, then we say programs have reached this low minimal risk point. For example, CEP Coast is now at this point. If not another dollar from members came in, we are earning enough daily from the reserve that we would be able to maintain 2% until all ad packs were expired, so everyone would receive their full 130% with no hiccups. That is what minimal risk means.

As I just noted, CEP Coast is already at this point, and our original program, CEP (ColonEndParenthesis), is also at this point. On average, CEP is making double what it pays out daily, and this is a very good place for a program to be. Coastin88 is not yet at this point, but it is getting there. It is sometimes hard to keep with how quickly it is growing, but it is a great blessing indeed! I imagine it will not be too much longer until we can say that Coastin88 is at this point of low minimal risk as our other programs are. This should help explain what we meant when we made that announcement awhile ago.

A downtime is normal to all online business, they need to have powerfull services to handle thousands of visits per hour, so one time it needs to pause for a while, unavoidable.

They will more than likely be sorting out the problem now, most likely "growing pains" as the traffic this site handles increases, the other sites are working fine on there own dedicated servers, so theres absolutely no need to worry at all.
