It's not just about getting memberships, I honestly belive there are thousands and thousands of surfers who still don't know about these wonderful programs and they have no choice but to

Ok everyone we are ready to announce the 2nd Round of the contest! The rules have changed for this contest but first we want to take the time to explain to you all just what Auto Surf Monitors are.

Auto Surf Monitors are a place that keep track of different surf sites and HYIPs. They let you know how the sites are doing as far as paying the members and customer service or if the sites perform within their specified Terms Of Service etc. When the members take time to vote for their programs the best program usually finds its way to the top of the listings. So in a round about way if you vote on the monitors every day you are supporting the site that supports you. Of course we would like to be listed in the 1st position at each of the monitors because we feel like we have earned it. So for your support we will award prizes to those that win the contest.

Here is how the 2nd round will work. It is very different than the 1st round. We have worked hard on this one and hope that you like what we have come up with.

This round will last from April 24th - May 23rd.
First you need to vote at all of the monitors as often as possible.If you do it every day you are sure to be one of the winners.
When voting you can put your comments about the site but please remember to always put your Coastin 88 member ID because this is how we identify who you are.
The direct links to the monitors are listed below. Once you open them you can add the sites to your Favorites or Bookmarks so that you can refer to them easily each day.

Second all members can participate accept for Skye, Mike, Sean and Blake. Our votes will not count. And as always the forum will be updated daily and Skye will keep track of the votes and the contest!

Now for the prizes. . .
This round we will have a total of $600 to give to the winners. Depending on how many winners there are depends on how much each winner will get sent to their CEPTrust account. But here is the twist to this round. All of the winners will be placed in a grand prize drawing. Only one Member ID will be selected and that person will win a brand new laptop! We will be using Excel to randomly select the winner of the laptop!

Once a week, if there is at least 50 votes on any given day we will also have a random prize for that week which runs Mon-Sun. These are Mystery Prizes but we will give you a hint... They will enhance your computer experience.

Due to the indictment of E-gold Ltd and its owner Dr. Douglas L.
Jackson, CEP Trust, LLC will cease using the services of Egold Ltd
immediately. The funding and withdrawal options for e-gold have been turned
off as of 9:00 PM Central Standard Time. Pending fundings will be
verified and accounts credited appropriately. Any funds sent to the e-gold
account used by CEP Trust, LLC directly will not be monitored and will
be considered lost. Only funding attempts made before 9:00 PM CST will
be honored.

All 7 day pending withdrawals to e-gold dated after April 20th, and
all 2 day requests dated after April 25th have been canceled and the
funds have been returned to the CEP Trust accounts. All members who have
pending 7 day withdrawal requests that were made on April 20th will
have the opportunity to cancel their withdrawal request should they choose
to do so by submitting a ticket from their respective CEP Trust member
area only (e-mails and phone calls for this matter will not be
accepted) with the subject "Cancel E-gold Withdrawal". Members will have until
6:00 PM Central Standard Time on Saturday, April 28 to submit this
ticket requesting that the withdrawal be canceled. After 6:00 PM CST, the
remainder of the withdrawal requests dated April 20th will be
fulfilled.

We will be offering bank wire withdrawal services through your
member area beginning early next week. This should be a useful feature for
many of you, and a good replacement for e-gold. We will inform you

Wow...

Does anyone know if CEPTrust has registered as a Currency Exchanger with the US? Or if they even need to? I would hate to see the same thing happen to DEPTrust that happened to e-gold today.

Now the million dollar question is why did e-gold opt to remain in the US given the atmoshpere the government has created over the last year for those who provide similar services like Neteller?

I thought they were located overseas with only an office in the US. That may be their saving grace, plus they have good lawyers. Let's hope so!

Unless I'm mistaken, only the gold is offshore. The servers are in Melbourne, Florida. If you thought Emo going down sent shockwaves, wait untl this mammoth beast finally lands. It's a systematic destruction of all the funding methods one might use to take their money offshore....where the long arm of the law cannot reach it. PayPal won't touch this industry. StormPay rolled over. Neteller won't touch a US citizen with a 10 foot pole. Emo collapsed, and e-gold being threatened. For the cheerleaders, no flashing red light could ever be big enough.

Um, they've been indicted. Maybe you don't realize just how bad that is. If you want to risk your money with them at this point, that's your prerogative. We refuse to work with a company that's indicted...a pretty logical response, honestly...:-p I will be surprised if anyone wants to receive their funds to e-gold after they find out what's up with them...it's just a smart move. When big news like indictment comes up, immediate measures and precautions must be taken. As a business with integrity, we will not work with such a company. Frankly, it would be unwise to do so, as there's a huge risk that all funds in e-gold would lose all of their value quite quickly when everything starts to get locked-up. The bank wire withdrawals were initially a little while away, but we made it a priority when we found out about the e-gold situation. Recognize that we have not taken any action, as you are saying here. We have re-acted (appropriately, I would argue) to the indictment of e-gold. Again, if you still want to work with them, that's your choice, but I would say that that is a very foolish decision. Hope that helps.

As I thought about this, I realized that I know a piece of background information that not everyone else knows. E-gold is not used very heavily in our system. We purposefully keep very low amounts on hand (because we haven't trusted e-gold or their integrity...things always seemed edgy with them, but we had no other option for our international members). Honestly, the majority of funds that come through our system are either checks, ACH, or bank wires. A very low percent of the incoming or outgoing funds have been e-gold. Few of our members are affected at all...and those that are affected are affected by the fact that e-gold is indicted...not by the fact that CEP Trust no longer accepts them. There is, afterall, quite a difference between the two of those, I would say. We no longer accept them because they are indicted. Hopefully people stop using them altogether. Wouldn't that make a great statement to those who have no problem with defrauding others or enabling systems to do so? Why do you think CEP Trust has such heavy verification requirements? To avoid such shady activity as what takes place at E-gold. ;-) We have a very different business ethic, and we will uphold that without fail. It's just the way it is. Any company who doesn't stand in that same place should not work side by side with us, as we truly care about taking care of our members and keeping them safe. This is the best decision to keep all of our members safe, so it was the best decision to make. Hope that additional thought helps. :-)

I can see why Trevor made that decision and I have no problem with it. I think he is here to protect us and the company. There are other options to request our money. I for one do it by check and have already received mine within a week. Thanks to the CEP Company they are truly the only program I trust anymore.
