after reviewing the market and considering being the first to open such a profitable extreme sport park in borneo, there is should be no problem even we shared more profit with the investor. but it's the matter of time when is the park can be officially launch, and how do we shared the "extra" income with shareholder.

i believe the importance of time in doing anything. anything that we do must done at the right time. even when we invested in autosurf/hyip/forex there should be a right time to put your money in, or else you'll be in lost position. that no different in business world, even you're not going to lost if your strategy is right, but why not conquer the market when there's NO COMPETITOR is around? the time when you've build your business even IF someone suddenly appear to block your way, being the first one always an added advantage as long as you can treat your customer well.

therefor, after considering every cons and pros, im dare to giving out up to 35% profit out to investor. which mean more job for me to maintain the project in order to keep them alive. for me, i believe when this project launched, i have put myself in the position of working the money out for all shareholder. lets put everyone in win-win situation.


now here's the new deal

if you bought 3 share and below, you'll entitle 25% of the share

if you bought 4 share, you'll entitle 25% of the share, and you'll get 10% extra profit from your share everymonth.

if you bought 5 share and above, you'll entitle 25% of the share, and you'll get 15% extra profit from your share everymonth.


for example
if each share profit = MYR400

you bought 5 share (5 x MYR400) = MYR2000

MYR2000 x 15% (entitle for 5 share and above) = MYR300

MYR2000 + MYR300 = MYR2300 total profit.

Wow... RM2000 = e-gold 500 pts . 1 e-gold pts = RM4 . It seems that the exchange rate is a bit high.

im sure u got it wrong here. even if you invested in egold i will count on the ROI everymonth based on profit gain. which mean if the ROI is 10% so u will be paid USD50 for that month
