What exactly does this mean? I can only upgrade the account no more than twice during a cyle, and it can't be over 6K? Sounds like a stupid question, but I'm curious as to why it matters if the system doesn't let you go over 6K. What's it matter how many times you upgrade it? From what I know... Maximum number of upgrades you can have within any 12 day cycle is 2. The combined amount cannot exceed USD6K. So you're right!
I think the 6K cap helps prevent the rich guys from entering and having a field day.

The total of the 2 cannot be more than $6000. I've never tried upgrading more than that or having more than 2 simultaneous upgrades, but I'm sure there is an automation that won't allow you to do it.
