For those who were having E-Gold issues a few pages back....Just found these updates on 12DP site..............
It seems there was a technical glitch in Egold payments that were processed on 11/2 which has led to a few payments being marked processed without the payment actually going through to the member's Egold account. We are currently pinpointed which accounts were affected and all payments will be made within 24 hours of this posting, still well within 7 business days. Thank you for your patience. Charis We have discovered the cause of the technical glitch that resulted in non-payment of a few E-gold withdrawal payments. As it turns out, the problems were specific to only about 30-40 withdrawals over the past 2-3 days. We are in the process of manually paying those missing payments and should finish by the end of the day. There were also a few members who had inactive or spend limitations on their Egold accounts that caused us to be unable to complete the payment. These people will individually notified. If, AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT (12dp server time), you have still have a payment that is marked as processed but you have not yet received the funds, you may THEN submit a help ticket to a new temporary support dept. called Processed But Not Received.
