anyone who has done a chargeback to credit card..did you get your money back and it is all finished or is there some clause that stormpay can retaliate in so many days...I am still pondering what to do.

I have one small piece of good news. I requested a small cheque withdrawl on Jan 20 from Stormpay, received it a day or so after all this stuff started, deposited it a day or two after that, and figured no way would it clear the bank. I just got a bank statement today.....by golly, it did clear through.

Money not in my account yet. Bank has said 1 to 3 weeks untill investigations are complete. After that there is no right of reply for SP. Looks good for me though. SP obviously know what is happening but are powerless to stop it.

SP ruined everything. I may be wrong here but I think the main problem here were the HYIPs that lasted for about a week and took everyones money. Thats who SP should have went after not these Autosurfs who were probably stormpays main income with all the members that the big ones had. SP had a good thing going here all they had to do was stop the HYIP games in my opinion and left the autosurfs alone. The handled it the wrong way obviously. They also said they did not support autosurfs. Why didn't they tell 12dp that when they first opened? SP is run by a bunch of morons who got themselves in and pickle and now have to blame someone for it. Oh and stormclix...what was advertised on there the most...HYIPS and Autosurfs..and who process the links and makes them live..STORMPAY..Yeah good job on that one stormpay..

I'm thinking the member who said he hadn't been paid for the 16th, meant Jan. 16. Remember there was still some missing payouts in Jan.

Seems everybody came down a little hard on him if he did mean Jan. 16.

I'm hoping this isn't the end of autosurfing and that we can all get back to surfing again. I'm with almost everybody in questioning what right sp had in freezing accts.

Same crap, different day. This situation is dragging, and this forum is fading into oblivion.

StormPay, because of my CC chargeback suspended my account this morning, yet......they are not disputing the chargeback?
