It is utterly amazing to me that 12DailyPro has us waiting with baited breath every single day for anoher posted bit of information. I am not new to online marketing and I have been fortunate to make good money online, but I must sheepishly admit that I have found myself sitting on the porch waiting for Charis to throw me another bone of hope. Not anymore! The truth is our money is GONE...GONE...GONE.... Two days ago we were again promised additional details, then today we are told due to legal concerns they (12DP) must vette everything via their legal council, which means no information. What we are not hearing is any straight forward talk from 12DP to help validate the members that they were not dupped by 12DP and that the program is not a scam, ponzi, blah..blah...blah. I know, I know, what some of you are going to say, "Charis has been keeping us updated..." Really, do those posts really tell you or any of us anything - not really. 1. Call me crazy but I have an idea. Charis why don't you define your business model for your members and tell us why it is not a Ponzi and therefore why StormPay and the authorities should not be standing in the way of its operation. You claim you did this for SP so it shouldn't require much effort to post it to your forum for us to read, so how about it? In short, make your case to us, the members who either wisely or foolishly invested our time and money into the Autosurf program. If you could make your case, it would at a minimum, help us to explain to others that the money SP has clawed back from money sitting in peoples SP account (which they claim is not their money but someone elses because it is a ponzi) or in freezing payouts is truly unwarranted. 2. Post to a blog with all written correspondence received from StormPay so that we (the members) can see for ourselves that SP has in fact changed their tune, and that they have been misrepresenting the facts. Arguing the fact that these papers must be shielded until the investigation has played out is nothing but an unimaginative excuse, and insult to the member base. The information (if the truthful and unedited by 12DP) should be posted for all to see. Question? Does SP have incriminating emails from 12DP that would embarass or weaken their postion with their member base - if so then again we are S-C-R-E-W-E-D.... 3. Host a conference call (or post an online audio file) where you can answer the top 10 or 20 questions that have been emailed in or faxed in. Tell us what you and your legal team are doing and then level with us...are we going to be left with 2 cents on the dollar after all the lawyers, accountants, banks and agencies have taken all our money in winning "our" case. If that is the case just tell us we are screwed out of the money, so we can all move on and GET OVER IT as quickly as possible. Give us something more than a lousy posting every three days. Millions of dollars have been lost and we are getting the kind of support that one would expect from a garage based enterprise. Note has anyone seen StormPays offices lately. I dare say if they posted those beauties on their website not one of us would have sent them a damn dollar, pound, marc, rubles, etc!!!! What a dump, it just makes you feel like an even bigger sucker. At this point I think we are all hoping against hope that this whole mess will be the exception to the rule when it comes to legal authorities, and investigations. We all know that it is going to end the same way, the members losing nearly all their money, some weak settlement among the guilty parties, the barring of certain people from certain activities for life, and ahhemmm...a nice settlement for the members where they get paid something ridiculous like 2 cents on the dollar Hhmmm..that would be like $20 for me! Looking back over the last 10-15 pages or so, I can see that the united front shared by so many at the start of this crisis has all but evaporated.
What a shame. I can imagine the powers that be must be rubbing their hands together in delight while they witness the self destruction going on. It surely saves them a lot of time and effort! I took a break from this drama and just came back to see the lastest news report from abc4. My goodness...it keeps getting worse.

Interesting that ABC4 started this entire trip with Jeff Johnson under the guise of him getting answers. But last night, with Jeff Johnson nowhere in sight the entire story, they ended by saying they didn't get what THEY came for. But what they also conveniently didn't say was that Jeff Johnson got his answers. But they will never say that because it doesn't fit into their manipulated and revisionist version of history. I want to inform everyone that I spoke with Jeff Johnson in person yesterday evening at my office WITHOUT ABC4. It was the first time he had been to my office and was never there with ABC4 as they made it appear on the the news report. Mr. Johnson also never came to my old aprartment. I also learned from Mr. Johnson that in an interview with them yesterday he told them repeatedly about his negative opinion of StormPay but that the edited out all of the audio and only showed his picture. They had no interest in anything negative he had to say about StormPay. They were only interested in manipulating the broadcast. Mr. Johnson also broke company with the newscrew yesterday when they set out on a quest to igmore my attorney as contact and hunt me down like a dog at places where they already knew I wouldn't be because I had told them so. Mr. Johnson and I had a long conversation in my office and I answered every question he had to ask. I believe Mr. Johnson now has a very clear picture of the reality of this situation. I understand now that Mr, Johnson has been trying all along to help us and to have the truth be told about us, but ABC4 continued to use and manipulate him in order to get sensationalistic footage that will get them ratings. But now that Mr. Johnson spoke with me, they refuse to tell their audience. They'd rather show my house and talk to ancient neighbors instead of showing that I cared enough to sit down one on one with Jeff. They say they use the SAME SCRIPT in the faq's. SAME SCRIPT means just the script....NOT all the graphics that are in 12DP. Therefore they are blatantly copying 12DP's design. What a bunch of losers?!? They've even copied some of 12DP's FAQ's and some of thier Terms. These autosurf scripts don't come with any FAQ's or Terms or even a graphical design. Therefore this site just stole all of 12DP's graphics and manipulated them for thier own use. What scum!!
