The most effective to get your money back is to take legal action against your referrer.
The person who referred you (using a referal link) and received a commission for referring you, as long as you didn't refer anyone yourself and you actually know who your referrer is. I think that might be why Jeff Johnson is trying so hard to get other people's money back from 12DailyPro/StormPay. That's why I never take part in referral programs. JCS I know it is a legal entity. However, if there is only one member of an LLC in the IRS's eyes: "By default, a domestic LLC with only one member is disregarded as an entity seperate from it's owner and must include all of its income and expenses on the owner's tax return." I know, I have one, and those are the instructions on the SS-4 application for an EIN. I should have stated a single member LLC instead of saying soleproprietor.

For every chargeback, the bank also deducts not only the amount chargebacked from the merchant, they also impose a penalty for a chargeback and that ranges from $20-$40 each time depending on the bank and how many chargebacks the merchant has had before. Oh yeah, if there gets to be no money or a negative balance in the merchant account, the bank *will* collect it and not forget it. I know some spammers from the 90's who thought they could just go out of biz and the bank would forget about a few hundred owed and they found out otherwise. I wonder why ABC4 news cancelled the appointment with 12dp attorney. Was THAT included in the ABC News4 video report?

SP would not reply to any of my tickets. I have a friend who logged a ticket about 3 weeks ago for a simple matter on his account. Up to now no reply no answer no nothing..

Google "Beaverpay" or "Beaverpay.com" You'll find the origins of SP to be rather "seedy" and yes, I sent a letter to this effect to the Leaf-Chronicle last night,..but somehow couldn't get the email to Hunsaker right, it kept coming back to me. Thinking about talking to a different television network,..refuting ABC's reporting.
