Within seven days I received my valid pin #.

It shows in my account area that my phone number

I really must say regardless of legal or illegal, ponzi, hyip, autosurf, everyone of these sites tells you up front they do not have to give you anything for the money you spend with them. That really is not the issue anymore. The issue is where did SP get the right to become judge and jury and keep the money as a prize!

Exactly, scaredykat. If I were to lose money in an AS or HYIP, I would say, "Hey, I don't like it maybe, but I accept it." However, when a PP decides to arbitrarily take funds from AS programs, participants, change their TOS giving them the right to go into your bank account if you do a chargeback; they are evil and fraudulent. Everyone needs to contact the BBB in TN and FTC. Power to the people. 4.gif

Right.......but you dont hear me whining about it. I knew that it would end someday but it was fun while it lasted I just didnt enticipate that it would end like this. I thought it would end because the program ran out of money not because a third party stole the money.

what, do you hear me whining about it?

That's wrong! I own a corporation. The officers of the corporation are NOT responsible for the corporation. A corporation is like it's own person and is responsible for itself. That's the purpose of a corporation.

That is partially true. If the corporate officers particpate in any illegal activities, all the protection of incorporation is thrown out the window. That's called piercing the corporate veil and happens all the time in fraud cases and especially stock manipulation/insider trading scandals.

Isn't Wall Street - Stock Market a Ponzi Scheme.

Those in profits gains took from new investors losses.

same reason you were... easy money...
you don't think they are taking the money and running do you? Jeez... some people's kids..... like the feds are going to let that happen... there will be refunds, but it will take a long time...

Look SP froze some accounts, let others keep running, but everyday they freeze more accounts, they appear to be allowing you to spend your money, then they freeze accounts and wallah no money for anyone. Where does it stop?

Try a test. Open a new merchant account with SP. See how much money you can pull in in a day, see how long it takes to get your account frozen, then sit there and wait 180 days to see what is left of your money! At this point you may as well just write a check to the government for that money and use it as a charitable tax deduction on your taxes next year LOL

You need to tell them the payment processor is acting fraudulently.

As i said before - NetIBA approved the merchants, you paid the merchants that were approved and then Stormpay froze the funds.

It has been proven that NetIBA are stormpay.

Don't make up stories or you will be the fraudster.

Someone posted an arguement against SP to add to that point. Since 12DP or AT claims the money never reached their bank accounts and was frozen, you can claim SP failed to complete the transaction. Thereby SP did not provide service /was unwilling to provide service.

What do you guys think?

I did the same thing yesterday. My total chargeback was $5000. The reason I did it, is because stupidpay let me put money in $3000. to be exact, after they had 12dp frozen for 2 days. I really think that I did the right thing.

Besides, my bank says that I will get it in 24 to 48 hours, now I can sleep at night. That was my savings, and not profit, that they were playing with!

I think that now that this has happened, I will go and close out both 12dp and stupidpay for good, I will not want money back from 12dp any longer. I will miss the profit that is cmpounding in there today. bye2.gif

That even means that I can put all to rest, I don't have to check here for updates for my lost money, I can go on in my life and be thankfull my friends had not signed up yet!!!!!1 dancing4dh.gif

that's the real sad part of this, because from reading the posts here, and all the other stuff about 12dailypro, and autosurfers, and people were actually quitting their jobs and becoming 'professionals'.. I mean... wow... Those people must be really hurting right now, and that sucks... That is why I haven't made any claims, or tried to do any chargebacks....my money can go to someone who needs it... there are some folks that were really stung by this, and they must be just shocked right now...

but I tried to warn them..

Good post sakul....that is very nice of you to not do a chargeback...I am not doing one either. The thing that is going to absolutely hurt the most people are the ones doing chargebacks that have made money with 12dp...they are the ones that are STEALING! Well, I had to delete my SP account because they were doing chargebacks on me for payments received and making my account go negative. They canceled all my pending withdraws....so, I hope that if 12DP does get access to their account, they can refund us through EMO or Egold because I do not have a SP account anymore.

Gee things flew around here over night!

I am concerned here, as I am now able to log onto SP and my account is the same as it has been for days. someone from another site I "invested in" told me her sp account showed a refund.

The bottom line is that SP is still doing random movement of money to and from accounts. This particular site was frozen along with two others I was involved with same day as 12DP's funds. This alone makes what they are doing appear fraudulent. My stormclix are still there. If things are being reversed they should have simply picked a date and reversed things in the order they were at that time, so whatever is happening is too wierd.

I am calling the Governors office this morning, I already had a call in to them to verify this mess as suggested by the Attorney General, but my complain will not be against 12DP.

My question to all of you is this, someone posted the NEW sp terms of service last night, will someone please print the old one here?

Do you really want to admit you are involved in what any government-type is going to call an illegal scheme? If you claim *I don't think it's a ponzi or I didn't know* they aren't going to take you seriously and think you're a dupe/mark.

You have two parties doing illegal activities blatantly: StormPay and 12DP. They are both going to go down hard because at this point every authority has heard the stories and complaints. SP is in disaster-management mode to try and stay out of major legal trouble. Charis is going to clam-up but it's way too late for her to escape all kinds of charges.

I agree with the guy who said he trusts himself and his bank. Anyone beyond that? Forget about it! No one is innocent. There are no good guys in this one.

17. Get Rich Quick" Schemes: Get Rich Quick Schemes are prohibited resell items by StormPay. Pyramids don't pay. StormPay Inc. and the Federal Trade Commission caution consumers about clubs or programs that promise quick money for recruiting new members. Noone can prove any of this actually. The only people who know anything are SP and 12dp. If as sp claims they did not have enough money to pay, why was sp allowing more to be spent to them, why were they allowing payments? Judging by the members of SP there were no claims against 12DP, thier account had a balance in it. Unless we were on the inside of either company we would not have a clue what was really happening, even then we would only have the words and documents of that company to beleive. By the time the actual truth in this entire matter is made clear most people here will be long gone and have forgottn about it all.

Just an update, one of my referals just called me and told me that she just got her chargeback from her bank in her account. The bank stated that there a a few open claims against stormpay and theycredited her account as fraud and not a provisional credit. She filed the claim on Monday with Wchovia Bank in New Jersey. My money is not due to be in my account until tomorrow. I have been calling my bank to be updated on whats going on and they still have not been able to contact stormpay nor has stormpay returned their calls. This is a good thing. If anyone hasnt filed a chargeback, do it now. Regardless of what announcements are made, that is the only way at this point to get your money besides waiting and waiting and waiting for things to be resolved and then you might not be one of the lucky ones who gets a refund. Act now.

One thing people need to realize is that if you join a program that uses a processor besides e-gold, this can happen at any time and HAS happened plenty of times. e-gold is an irrevocable transaction. There are no chargebacks and no banks to call. That's why scammers like egold but also why serious playas like egold too.....your profits won't be stolen back from you and the prog won't die because of the processor getting nervous.

Haven't you people read what poor mr. Girsky has to say?

Right here:

http://www.theleafchronicle.com/apps/pbcs..../602090308/1002

QUOTE
The problem, Girsky said, is that many of the people complaining about StormPay have earned commissions, but the commissions are coming from new investors. StormPay has those frozen accounts to make sure longer-term investors don't pull out their initial investment and commissions — leaving new investors with nothing.

For example, "Investor A" may start out with a $1,000 investment in 12DailyPro and earn $500 in commissions. Some of those commissions may include investments from other people.

StormPay, Girsky said, has charged back — or refunded — the entire $1,500 to 12DailyPro so "Investor A" still gets back his $1,000 and the other people whose investments contributed to the $500 in commission get back their money as well.

Several complaints to The Leaf-Chronicle allege some frozen accounts at StormPay were not connected to LifeClicks or 12DailyPro.

Girsky said he could not comment on specific accounts without permission from the account holder, but he reiterated the company is working to rectify the situation.

"We're making sure we don't process any payments for any pyramid or Ponzi scheme," he said Wednesday.

You authorized the transaction for the purpose of purchasing online advertising with a particular company. Then SP closed off the company that you wanted to do business with.
