I can not work out how anyone can touch your account when they are not authorised. In my part of the world NO ONE can touch your account without approval unless there is a court order or a mistake has been made. I remember somebody earlier advised people to intentionally modify their checking account information in scumpay, so that if such withdrawals are attempted, they would be turned down by our banks... not sure how it will work out though

Question: I would like to know how a 'frozen' account, which once a 'freeze' takes place is inaccessible to the owner of record of said account, can make a charge back of funds which Stormpay now holds in trust for another person or company? Please explain.

Strangely enough the response I recieved today was a simply form letteracknowledging the reciept of my mailing, from 12dailypro. Title of said responding email Stormpay response.

Why in the h**l is 12dailypro responding to a question asked directly of Stormpay?

Especially when 12dailypro nor any other online income producing program (autosurf,MLM or HYIP) was mentioned in the original email!

I sent a ticket to SP when all this began to remove my bank account info. They did so within 6 hours and were quite nice about it too. (Not defending them at all.) I just got into their site, none of the links or anything work.....

I can't even sign up for a new account!! oh....boo hoo.

I am very pleased that cannot happen where I come from. Even if you wire money to or from your account no one can access it ever especially after the transaction has taken place. No even stormpay can get into it

These boards are so funny sometimes. We were all on Charis' side two days ago,,,, then a shady comment from her attorney's makes us turn against her. Consider the fact that if 12DP doesnt cooperate somehow with SuckPay then we are looking at months maybe even years of waiting everything out in court. IF 12DP cooperates (not give in to them but simply work with them) then maybe we will see some money. I think its hilarious that people spend time actually coming to this board to make LONG post about how we wont get our money back, blah blah blah (except for the funny ones!

I would submit even the doomsayers posting here post in the negative but still have hope somewhere inside them that this will all clear up. The fact is we really dont know much at all about what is happening with 12DP and SuckPay right now. All we can do is wait

I would suggest though that what we do know is that SP zeroed our accounts without permission and without notice and has initiated chargebacks on CCs and possibly even Bank Accounts. That in and of itself is enough to call for SP's head on a plate. It is ridiculous that they dont even communicate with us. They will be shut down. Hundreds of lawsuits are building up against SP and the legal expenses alone will bring them under.

The crappy thing is they will probably end up using OUR MONEY to pay for there legal expenses.

You are so right. I don't think Charis is involved with trying to defraud us, I think she is letting the attorneys handle this, and they are putting the heat on SP. SP therefore is stealing everyones money to give 12dp the money she is owed so that they do not end up in court. It looks to me that her attorneys have convinced her that they are looking out for her best interests and it is best for her to not talk. (or something like that) The attorneys are now in a battle, and I do not think it is going to be as ...... upfront .... as it was before. Best thing that we can do is sit back and watch.

I used SP but i can't login to sp and see if i did get any refund, i really don't think that i have gotten any refunds cos it would have been announced if there were any refunding in progress.

I wonder if these refunds are just a way to get them back into our sp accounts so sp can just turn around and screw us again. Mentality is: "Get the AS lawyers off out backs and let our customers come after us indivisually"

Hmmm....just a silly speculative thought:

1. Stormpay did not have the money to do the transfer to 12dp back when 12dp requested it. Consequently Stormpay pulled the BS they did since then to cover their tracks. After all, if you can't dazzle them with brilliance, baffle them with bull****, eh?

2. Now that SP and 12dp attorneys are involved in talks, SP is scrambling for money to fund 12dp money transfer request from January. How to come up with the money? Rip off any customer account you can and put the money in 12dp Stormpay account. That way SP can say, "See? The money is there and was there all along.

Of course I think most would agree this doesn't make sense as there would be a long trail of charge backs and rip-offs from members' accounts, but lately SP hasn't been making any sense, eh?

These unfolding events could be made into a tv soap opera, "As the Stormpay Turns", or, "All My Stormpay Children".

If any of you have a bank account on file with Stormpay you need to go change your account numbers ASAP because my stormpay account was negative $600 yesterday and they have now took that out of my bank account. This is not right My attorney is now contacting my bank to see what is going on. I'll keep everyone posted. But please change your account numbers before they steal from you too

well, isn't that why the USA is trouncing across the middle east? To get the bad guys that hate our 'freedoms'...

I guess if they get away with it (SP) that would definately be a 'freedom' They won't though.. you people don't actually think that SP is taking the money and running do you? They probably have a snapshot point in time they are trying to get to, on order by the feds, to try and get to a point where they can start refunding initial deposits.. to save their butts... unless the gov just takes all the money..
