1- You can find an annual report for McD but you can't find McD's recipes publicly. Those are considered McD's secrets.
2- The same applies to 12DP, you can find public information about where and how LifeClicks LLC is investing their money. What people are expecting from Charis is that she reveals how she can afford paying 12% daily profit. And that can be considered as her business secret.
Just as McD never publicly publishes any secret recipes, Charis has no obligation to reveal her business secrets.

You can dispute it if it happens to you, however disputes can go back and forth forever. If your bank is aware of problems with Stormpay they may be monitoring things. Heck with all the charbacks I have seen on here in the 1000's of dollars I am sure that somewhere somehow someone is going to eat it. sooner or later the fury will stop, most likely the government agency speculated about will have to put a stop to it.

Well for one she said she kept it secret because of competition, if "everyone" did what they did what would make them different...
However the clincher is that income may not be large enough to "completely" defend the ponzi aspect. She only needs to prove to the appropriate authorities that it's legal.
You can't say that because someone keeps a trade secret under wraps that it's illegal...
Have you ever seen the Coca-Cola recipe? Nope! Is Coke doing something illegal?
If she is investing member money, she is running an illegal investment program due to the fact the 12DP is not registered to take investments and she is not licensed to make investments for others.

In all honesty, if Charis is legit, she does not have to show anything to the news. The only people that need to know are the investigating authorities. If she is legit, sharing her money making strategies on television would be very stupid.

I wanted to let you know that there will be a statement released in the member news area within an hour with an update on communications between StormPay and 12daily Pro attornies.
It will also be posted here on the forum.
This statement will address the resolution of the freeze on 12dp's StormPay account by attornies for both parties. It will also address the StormPay account issues many of you have experienced today.
We ask that you please not remain logged in here to the forum for extended periods as it is causing periodic overloads on the servers. Please check back for the statement mentioned above in about an hour.
