- 12dailypro has supposedly been investigated by 2 outside law firms - stormpay, the paymentprocessor for 12dailypro (just like paypal) is being investigated as well - stormpay has frozen (meaning the owner cannot spend the money) 12dailypro's account - ebay.com has dropped stormpay - about 30+ other sites have dropped stormpay - stormpay raises the minimum amount to get paid by stormclix from $1 to $25 (nearly impossible to get in less than a month!) - a photograph of charis leaks the internet - 12dailypro catches the attention of ABC4 News in Utah - 12dialypro gets 4 news broadcasts on television in just 48 hours - a University in Utah named BYU has students giving out 12dp business cards which missinforms the students - The BYUniversity is expelling students who take part in 12dailypro - 12dailypro is currently shut down to new registrants - 12dailypro is currently shut down to new investments - 12dailypro is currently working on getting their money back from stormpay - stormpay is straight up lying to their members and supporters That is all I've got. Just thought I would share with you a letter someone in my downline wrote to Stormpay. I'll keep you updated if there is a response:
Storm Pay Administration Staff: Regarding your email explaining your actions of freezing certain Storm Pay accounts (text shown below), please reply with specific information and contact names associated with the "other outside investigational organizations/law enforcement agencies" to which you refer in your message. According to my research yesterday in contacting several agencies that investigate improprieties of commerce on the Internet, they all said that they had no knowledge of any broad based investigation into auto surfing programs whatsoever, and none specifically dealing with 12 DAILY PRO. Please fax any documentation from said agencies that you have pertaining to these investigations. My fax number is 1-xxx-xxx-xxxx. I have associates employed at the office of the Illinois Attorney General and would like to forward appropriate documentation to the team that is assigned to handle such matters in the state where I live. If fraud is being perpetuated, I certainly want to part of the effort to eradicate it, at least on the home front. Failing fulfillment of that request, I am certain you will be obliged provide me with the names of these investigating entities and corresponding case numbers. Though not as useful as the actual copies of documents, that information would be helpful. I sincerely appreciate your co-operation in this matter. You forgot that stormpay blackmailed the AS-sites to only use them as sole pp. Stormpay checks bounces Stormpay made unauthorised transactions from peoples bank accounts.
What puzzles me is why 12DP didn't take immediate legal steps to freeze SP from tapping into any of the funds they froze of 12DP. So now Charis says we have been advised we can take legal action. Her legal people couldn't make this determination much earlier knowing that SP would tap into 12DP's monies to make refunds. Two days ago the theme was we are not going to let them destroy 12DP. We will take legal action if required to recover our funds. I actually felt very confident at that point. But now its like desparation. They are depleting our frozen funds and we were advised that we may be able to stop the bleeding legally.
When will it end?!??

Those who can, donate, if not sign the petition, although i dont think it will help much  to SPreally hope that 12DP go private since they dont need new members upgrades to pay the old members although SP is gone, and 12DP may lose out on some of the income streams, they can easily made alot more in the future for its good reputation so far... Lets hope the donation can give 12DP a push to continue its PRO forever!! come on 12DP, go private, have your own PP!! If not, at least have more then 1 to prevent these incidents again!! Do any of you guys have a problem with just letting Charis start all over; wipe every thing clean? Except for newbies, we all are very much in profit, right? I know I'm assuming alot, but I'm wondering if we could do much better during this time than to join a brand new program ran by Charis and let us settle the 12dp/StormPay issue in the background. Charis is brilliant. She'll find other ways to bring income into the program besides StormPay referral commissions. If you guys feel the same way, do you think someone could get in touch with her/12dp mod? Maybe fax her?

StormPay certainly does not wish to dictate how our merchants run their business, all merchants are free to choose any processing solution that best suits their needs. We understand you have choices and certainly hope that choice is the online leader – StormPay. However, if another payment solution is used, please immediately remove StormPay from the associated website as a funding option and continue to use the StormPay account funds to finish payments to those members who paid using their StormPay account. Now the autosurf and HYIP programs' members mostly use SP. To keep most of their people happy these sites complied at once. Most of them complied the same day. Then SP removed their click site (stormclix) and (specifically 12dp they kept putting off paying them their money.) Note the date in the above notice. The date said on the 30th this new policy went into effect. The notice was sent on the 31st. Funny how the very next day right after SP told every one to only use them as payment processor that this was reported by 12dp StormPay Upgrades Disabled - by Charis - 12DP Admin at 2006-02-01 21:17:03 We have become aware that 12dp StormPay upgrades seem to have been disabled by Stormpay sometime this evening. We have yet to receive any notification from them this evening as to why this has happened. We have attempted to contact them directly without success. We would like to be optimistic in our hopes that this is a technical glitch of some sort. We will keep you updated here as we know more. But it will likely be the morning before we get any response from them. SP without notice or any email communication froze all autosurf accounts. Face it, that is their business. They do not do anything much on their auction site. It is not ebay. Not only that but several members have reported that they put money in on their credit cards to SP the transactions were completed and SP did a chargeback on their accounts stealing even more money from all members who used their Credit cards there. I think this term Stormpay emailed out is enough grounds for a chargeback with our credit cards. We are all susposed to read the terms before making an account with Stormpay and we would assume after reading this that any program that used Stormpay would be legit, expecially if the site have been using stormpay for months already.
eBay used Stormpay? Since when?
