Here is my speculation, Again THIS IS JUST WHAT I THINK. I HAVE NO PROOF TO BACK THIS UP. I am just basing this on my experience.
I believe that SP is under investigation, it could be the feds or any overseas goverment. The reason why I came to that conclusion is because just think about it 100's of thousands of dollars are changing hands everyday. Just take an example of Mr. BOB (profits4investingtoo) that ran away recently with over 1.5 million dollars which he is anxiously waiting to transfer to his overseas account and come out clean. Stupid him doesn't realize when that kind of money changes hands feds will get involved because its not taxed money nor they have any idea where all the money came from. Now all you people that are saying every site that invested in 12DP has their money frozen. I think that is not true because 12DP is even offering tax statements for people that do want to file them. As far as I can tell 12Dp is covering their back by doing such thing and I am sure charis consulted alot of different people to make sure what she is doing is legal. Now back to stormpay freezing 12DP's account is because I am sure the money that is there is in millions so the investigating agency probably requested everyone who's account is over xxxxx amount needs to be frozen until further notice. That same rule would probably apply to other sites that are generating alot of revenue. That is my thinking...I have no source for the information just the way I think. Perhaps all the companies effected by SP should talk to each other and make a unified legal front against SP.
 Sucks for us newbies who are just getting into this stuff  So, what does this mean?
