Man 148 people checking out this again. Must be a panic going on. Anyway, I got paid last night through SP for my compound upgrade. My largest payout yet. This place just keeps getting better all the time.

You know? I try my best to run a fair forum where people are allowed to express their opinions even if their opinions are that 12dp is a ponzi. I told Charis that I would be more then happy to remove any posts she wants me to if she sent a Cease and Desist order to be from her lawyers. This never happened, and instead she creates a website in a very unproffesional manner claiming that I am at fault for allowing people give their opinions in an opened free forum. Without a C & D order, who am I to say who's opinions are correct and who's are not? There are NO threats posted at TG directed towards Charis like that site claims. If anything like that is ever posted they are immediately removed. If I were to honor Charis's request to delete close to 1200 posts which claimed that 12dp is a ponzi, then I would have to honor the request of every scamming admin out there. I do what I think is best for Members. If you disagree with someones opinion then give your side of things, thats what forums are for.


Come on, every admin at Talkgold is also here at this forum, and vice versa. Every forum has scammers at them, thats th enature of this industry unfortionately.

In closing I am neither for or against 12dp. I allow the members to debate among themselves what the outcome will be. If I were to give in to the requests from Bryan Marsden to remove posts claiming Pips was a scam, there would have been probably another 500 people ripped off by the fraudster.

hey have a lot of people screaming about StormPay and EMO getting hacked in the last few days.

It sounds to me that there are two options:

1. It really is true that there are some hackers getting into the system

OR

2. They have signed up various aliases to tell stories about payment processors getting hacked.

8 people that I know of in my downline received payouts on their compound yesterday and today...for amounts between 12-22k. 12DP rocks and the scoffers can take a hike!

That makes me happy! Everyone needs a good laugh... Har har!

no way. This whole venture is a massive online/server/database monster.........it's bound to have problems along the way.

You can bet your upgrade dollars everytime something goes wrong there is a room full of people working balls out to fix the problem and get everybody back online.

Don't post alarming PANIC messages! It defeats the purpose of what all of us are here to accomplish. Keep in mind, people who are debating whether to sign up for 12DP come here to check it out and see what's going on. If they see a page full of panic stricken posters you think they'll sign up?? It is not a fair forum. Yes everyone has a right to voice their opinion, but, in this case you had 12dp facts Stating as a fact that Charis was committed of creditcard fraud. He didn't have a shread of proof other then a common name as evidence. You made Charis prove the negative, that she was not the same person. She complied with that to your satisfaction, enough so that you declared it was not the same person. 12dp facts wound up being banned, but you knew that he just created at least one other user name, ponzi nemesis, and yet you continue to let him post on your forum with a nod and a wink. That is why I do not go to TG any longer. If liable is not enough of a reason to ban a member from a forum, I don't know what is. And, for you to allow that unchecked is the reason that Charis has done what she has done.

Let me tell you... If you use EMO, there is no reason for your account to get hacked... They have the secure card in which you print off from your computer... If you don't use that... Your fault...

As far as stormpay, you can get that money back...

I do know that one of the other autosurf sites I was surfing has that "Trojan Popup" so I just stopped surfing them...

If you don't know what these programs do, click my 12dp banner, go to the IMPORTANT SURFTIPS tab, read, and get the software... I run ALL of the above, SIMULTANEOUSLY... Have NOT been hacked EVER! *knock on wood*

It might not be that bad. I had always had SP upgrades show up in my 12dp account instantly, but the last upgrade I did it took about an hour or so to show up. It might have something to do with that new email confirmation that 12dp sends now.

12dp with a few hunderd thousands of member that is a big customer to stormpay ,is good to see them solve out the problem so fast.

First of all, any such posts that I found that linked Charis to the credit card fraudster was deleted by myself and the mods. It is true that 12dp fact came back as Ponzinemesis, but this happned under my radar, and by the time I discovered it his 45 day ban was up anyway. I Like giving people second chances as long as they don't make the same mistake twice, and PN has not done anything warrenting a ban. Diverse opinions are what make forums so great. I have had hundreds of people thank Talkgold from saving them from Pips. If I ran the Pips folder like Charis wants me to run the 12dp folder, these people would have unfortionately invested in Pips. Talkgold is not in existence to satisfy the admin of a program. Talkgold is here so that new and old investors alike can share their feelings and opinions on a program. If someone thinks 12dp is a scam, then they have the right to say so. As long as foul langauge and personal attacks don't erupt I don't see how I could ethically step in and censor peoples feelings towards what will eventually be a program of the past.

And how do you report your earnings? Do you just say "this is how much I put in, and this is how much I got out"? Is it that simple?

Both myself and a family member were each paid last evening for two 1/22 expires. The numbers were in 5133xx and 5224xx ranges.

3. I am simply using the term "profits from online income" "investments" etc.
4. Ask an accountant, seriously...

I can't advise on the extra stuff, I'm a business man but not an accountant, I'm am claiming my income though, that's for sure, or else Uncle Sam will wonder "how the hell is this guy paying his bills?" and audit me... EW! I save all my receipts for write offs too...

Emo has zero fees for transfers. Zero fees. Do you know wat that means? That means that 12daily could dump 20k into your account and they wouldn't charge you a CENT for the exchange. No fees. Hah, now... hrm... how much does SP charge? Lemme think here, seriously... At 2.9 Percent in SP fees thats over 580 bucks. With Emo? You get to keep that 500 bucks, why? That's right. Say it with me. NO FEES!

Okay, "But i don't want to go through all that nasty verification!" Okie, well, then don't. SImple as that. If you're in the US, you don't have to. You can use a free acount, do no verification, send and recieve payments and print out Money Orders on your printer up to 1000 for only 2 dollars (thats the only fee, gasp) and you can print out as many money orders as you want. All US banks take them. Yep, das right.

Not in the US? Okay, that's fine, do the validation. They are working extra hard for 12daily members to get them validated ASAP, and lucky us EMO validation doesn't cost 20 bucks like netIba, which unless you have SP is otherwise completely and totally worthless anywhere else on the web! I was just reading a thing abuot how easy it is to lie about membership and blah blah blah. NetIba is working with SP, that's why its still breathing, if not for Stormpay they'd be dead in the water because no one would use them.

So, go through the meager, free validation, and then you can print Money orders even higher! YOu can get the EMO Debit card which works in other countries! You can direct deposit into your bank acount! You can do anything you want that you can do with Stormpay, but its a better company over all. It's not a theiving 'internet entity' it's actually a much better deal for everyone from 12daily to you.

So, my point in this post is do not whine unless you've done the research. Emo is the better choice on every surface, most especially for US members considering we don't even need to use validation. And even for non US members if you aren't planning on taking your money out in the next month or so, and are just putting it back into 12daily to keep making more, then you have PLENTY of time to get validated, get your debit card and get set!

So all of you. Do your research. EMO is a MUCH better company, all around. Its safer, its responsible, its respectable, and it doesnt steal huge amounts of your money through fees that they do NOT need to charge, unlike our dear SP which in my opinion is... no better then a HYIP with a bad admin. :shrugs:

I'm sure US as well as non-US members wouldn't want to miss EMO for Stormpay. It so happens that 12DP pays Stormpay upgrades faster than EMO at the moment due to financial logistics issues. Once 12DP has a sufficient reserve in the future, EMO payouts will also be much faster than Stormpay.

I'm sorry.. but the image of a room full of people working with their balls out isn't confidence inspiring to me.

I'm still waiting on my payout to for a payout that went pending on the 16th. I got paid for the one that went pending on the 22nd, but still have not been paid for the one that went pending on the 16th.

I too have the same exact issue, expired on the 16th, changed to 'processed' but never paid, created a Trouble Ticket, the ticket was closed, got instructions to provide transaction details and email to pnr@12dailypro.com and the payment would be in my stormpay account by no later than Sunday at midnight. Did as instructed, Sunday midnight has come and gone and still no payment to be seen.

Now I have another payment pending since the 24th, my member level is ZERO and
I have reverted back to free member status.

I have received no updates, no reply to my email and I am not a member of the 12DP forum and cannot signup for obvious reasons and therefore am not able to voice my concerns there.

So what now, do I create another ticket?, another email?
- oh wait, I was instructed not to do that...

Any Ideas?

I'm just guessing, but I imagine a big reason the payments hit Stormpay quicker is because they can take back their money within a period of time if an error is made, where at EMO, (at least to my understanding) all transactions are final.

yup, I also hope EMO payment can catch SP.?? Why ? not because any exchange fee issues, but because I from country which cannot join SP.
