While attempting to process Egold payments this evening, we encountered more technical difficulties; i.e. extremely slow functioning until it ground to a halt. This may result in half of these payments being marked as processed in your 12dp accounts but not yet showing up in your Egold accounts. We will continue to attempt to complete the remaining payments throughout the night and morning. We will post here if we have more news.

In these cases where we have concrete proof, all associated accounts are suspended and all earnings withheld. We have found that instances of these kinds of cheating rings sometimes lead back to a member who is actually the admin of another program or a scam site. Basically, they try to use money they fraudulently receive from 12dp via multiple accounts to finance their own programs and the payments they make to their members. When we catch them and suspend their accounts, they loose their funding. Thus theirs program is unable to pay and they fold. We believe this to be the case with this program. They have now made flase accusations blaming us for their demise, but of course mentioning nothing about their cheating. They have also redirected their site to us in an attempt to make it appear as if we were somehow connected to them or owned their site. Their programmers have designed the redirect so that we cannot block it from our end. We are getting in touch with their hosting provider in order to submit a claim against them and try to have the site shut down. In the meantime, if you encounter it, please DO NOT enter your login information into that redirected site, as we have no way of knowing whether or not it contains some type of malicious software or spyware. We will do our best to get these malicious cheaters and scammers taken care of in short order. Thank you. Charis

My advice to 12trafiicpro and all the other pros, dailys, etc is that they rexamine their terms, policies, and program names cause they're dealing with a serious contender

Okay, this part makes me a little worried actually...why? Because it should be nothing harder than contacting the DOMAIN REGISTRAR and tell them to pull the domain or at least change the nameservers (So it points elsewhere), solving the problem by going to the hosting provider to close down the site is like going to the second important link in a chain, and I refuse to think 12dp has no one who do not know this, or does someone has a better explanation of things? Maybe someone can ask this in their forum (I do not intend to submit a ticket about this) to ease my mind please.

Don't get me wrong, I have been with 12dp since mid september and wants it to go on forever, but this just made me a little weary as their solution is so....ehhhh, weird ( I think in this case anyway, as for me the natural thing would be to first goto the source of the domain, ie the registrar).

Share the same sentiments when I 1st read the update.

12 DP make me away from rainsurf....although i have watch it for a couple months

because a lot of my money go to this site, and It's hard to refuse the charm of 12 DP to split (even a litlle) to rainsurf

Yeah, only reason I could think of is that pulling the actual web site at hosting provider would be instant, and if registrar pulls the domain or change the nameservers would take in between some hours to some days I guess, but mybe this is the reason, lets hope so...

I am safe coz my money did not put in their pocket yet. But I'm really registered member's there. Uhhh! really safe!

It actually takes about 20 minutes. My husband reported a scam site before and it was removed and a thank you letter sent all within 20 minutes. Maybe it depends on the provider though.

Oh here's an idea: maybe rainsurf somehow made the redirect separately from their server host so contacting them would do no good. This might be the reason 12DP admins are having a hard time getting the redirect shut down.

Yes Lisa, it depends on hosting provider, but what I mean was that once the hosting provider decides to pull the account, it is gone instant, but when a domain registrar pulls the domain it still takes from between some hours to some days to change info at the all dns's around the world, so in short the domain might be gone in 5 hours in china but still up after 36 hours in sweden as dns's update at different times/intervalls while, as said above, once the hosting provider closes the account it is gone, so no contecnt to show(then it doesn't matter where dns's points to), I won't get any more techie about this, but in short thats how it works.

Sorry all for so much off topic, just curious why 12dp tries to solve situation as they say.

Yesterday I entered rainsurf to see what this was all about and it came up as a blank page with the pop up "page cannot be found" Today it does the redirect thing. It looks as if it redirects to the 12DP official site but I hope no one tries to log on there.

Surfings done,got two pending.....yeah,I know,surfingholiday today right..

It is funny how there are so many posts regarding the best websites that have always provided the best service. There are a couple of sites that I surf that are now showing signs of scamming but I have looked in vain to find any info anywhere.
By the way 12 Daily Pro#1.
Paid again but waiting today, probably won't get paid today with site maintainence underway. Oh Well.
