I agree with the charity idea is a very good one. It will help people out and plus it will be a good tax write off for 12dp.

See above..PAID within 4 1/2 business days  BTW if at some point adjustments would have to take place,again personally i trust admin judgement and based on the way she handled any problems in the past sure she will come with new plan which would keeps the majority happy. But why speculate when everything works promptly and well within program terms?

I like the idea of charity in 12dp. It makes life more meaningful..
Can someone please show where it states that only 12% is going to charities. I have not been able to find it and I would hate to think that such valued members of this forum would have a conversation on information that is not known to be true.

I know everyone questions everything but 12dp is the best program out there. I have been in other forums and there is talk about a cash flow problem with 12dp. Everyone worries about this being xmas and people not putting their money back in there. Everyone says that this 12 days of xmas is just a way to raise so quick money. Saying that $30,000 in prizes is just chicken crumbs compared to what they are going to make. But so what as long as we all keep getting paid. Which no one has lost anything here. For myself I'm going to keep on upgrading and doing what I have been doing in the past. Nothing is going to change here for me.

And maybe this is just another aspect that proves charis’ remarkable admin skills and forsight, that she wants to build the reserve close to christmas just in case there is a "holiday slow down" period.

I think it's good that 12dp are giving to charity because lets face it who doesn't feel good when they help someone out? But it is also a wise business decision as this promotion will build the reserve fund which is great news for us!! I am happy with everything- we are helping out people in need and helping the long term success of 12dp and inturn ourselves. Student, even if your company is a nonprofit organization with a 501 - ( C ) - ( 3 ) status, like mine, you still do not have to donate 100% of the proceeds. All nonprofit organizations have the right to keep a portion for their operation expenses, let alone a "For Profit" company such as 12DP! My donation programs are also operated by a second company with LLC status(Corporation) and we donate 50% only to support Charity for 12 months per year. Only my nonprofit organization (Foundation) with a 501 - ( C ) - ( 3 ) status is donating 90% to charity also 12 months per year. See, we are still keeping 10% of the yearly profit for business expenses. 12DP is not a nonprofit organization, so Charis is doing a fantastic job for donating 12% to charity in December. My donation programs are also operated by a second company with LLC status(Corporation) and we donate 50% only to support Charity for 12 months per year. Only my nonprofit organization (Foundation) with a 501 - ( C ) - ( 3 ) status is donating 90% to charity also 12 months per year. See, we are still keeping 10% of the yearly profit for business expenses. 12DP is not a nonprofit organization, so Charis is doing a fantastic job for donating 12% to charity in December. [right][snapback]644023[/snapback][/right] I understand "You do not have to donate 100% to Charity!" ...and I shouldn't have brought the other program up, as this is not the place to discuss it. My original post on the matter stated that I believe this is a "good gesture' on 12dp part. My only concern is with the potential holiday slow down, maybe being the reason for asking for donations where 88% goes to a 'reserve' fund.
I just purchased some clicks a few minutes ago. I think this whole donation idea is WONDERFUL! It makes you feel really good to give a little!
