Gladly, granted they agree to be "interviewed"
After only 2 days of public visibility of our company and products, it has become obvious that we do not fit with your average "man-in-the-street" investor.
I have therefore taken another step closer to being more "public friendly" and constructed a product offering with much lower than our average minimum investment principals.
We also can now accept deposits and make profit payments via E-gold.
1KO
Offering 150%+ per year, for 1 year
Total return over 240 Trading Days

Active Investment 50% of principal actively traded in Limited Power of Attorney FOREX sub-account 100% annual capital gains.
50% Secured Principal returned after 1 year.

All fair comments
I just thought I'd put it out there.
I WILL NOT however, "lower the standards" of my company, just for a few $100 or even $500 investments. Opening an E-gold account today was as low as I'm prepared to go , seeing as they have no verification or any kind of due diligence process for even opening it... seems questionable to me personally...
Anyway, there are investors out there that will put even the initial amounts into a legitimate investment vehicle.
I have had an investment group/pool initiate a Triple Top yesterday...
That is what put me under the, somewhat I suppose false, impression that "opening up to the public" was a good method of getting the fresh capital.

I agree, it's not exactly small-change, but you probably wouldn't think twice about putting more than that into your local bank... (although you'd probably be horrified at what they do with your money behind the scenes !!)

Tell me about it... I used to work for one (although a fairly small bank...)
The "arbitrage" process they use is quite sick (kind of a legal ponzi...)
All they do to make money, is "borrow" money from you at fairly low rate of return in the form of a savings account... Then do no more than lend that money to other customers in the form of a loan, at a higher interest rate, to cover the money they "borrowed" from you...
Scary, is an understatement

This is the first time we are going "public"... We have always only been a closed membership. Trading mostly my personal, and a handful of private investors funds... I incorporated the offshore IBC earlier this year, to add more structure and management for members.

Apologies all for the lack of communication here... it's been a busy week.
I have to say though, not allot seems to be happening on this "highly recommended" forum...
I was under the impression that to find reliable investors, for a reliable investment opportunity, this was one of the places to definitely address.
Is there something I am missing?... am I in the wrong place?... is there some criteria that is not being met to satisfy possible investors?... (should I be offering 100 a day like some here )
If there is, I would honestly appreciate someone kindly bringing it to my attention.
I suppose I have been fortunate in that from word of mouth in the past, I have always been able to find investors that, well, fit the profile I suppose. Investors that have been willing and able to put 20K into a short-term business venture, with a 1 year exit and all principal intact. As well as a handsome profit.
Is this not what "online" investors want ?
It is what I want, and I consider myself an "online" investor.
The only difference I suppose you could draw, is that I am totally in control of my "online" funds, where the majority here, seem to be relying on a 3rd party, like myself as a "program admin" (or whatever you like to call me), offering our services here.
I'm not sure what it takes to be taken seriously on this forum, but I assure you, I can back my mouth with deeds. I am not playing trader here. I trade for a living. And I have a nice life-style, I won't deny it. I partner with profitable, knowledgeable and ethical people in all my business ventures, as I strive to provide those qualities back to those that partner with me. What I'm offering at the end of the day, is not 200% ROI per year, but my experience, connections, partnerships, technologies, methodologies, time and labor, to help you while you help me.
I don't need your money... but I want it, I'm not going to lie to you... As I know I can use it wisely, profitably to achieve my goals, the goals of my firm and hopefully be a very helpful ally to you achieving yours.
Am I in the wrong place ? Should I have stayed offline ?

For those interested. Although it's not official yet, we are currently having DD, ID and Trade history verified by a certain investment pool, which if you are lucky enough to be part of, will allow a smaller investment amount as part of a private membership pooled account. Around $50 is the minimum.
We will hopefully also be able to offer an overall better financial position for this pool, and try to possibly alleviate some of it's current "flow" problems for members that are not even directly part of our pooled account.
Watch this space.

Anybody want a play for tomorrow... I've just posted this in another forum for a member telling me to put my money where my mouth is...
Want a play to follow, ok, here's an extract of some market research, and a play I'll personally make tomorrow.
"As a more realistic near-term price target, let’s use the first upside price node at $36.76 and see how a move of that magnitude would affect the Toll Brothers March 30 Calls (TOL CF). With TOL stock currently trading for $31.21, these calls are $1.21 in-the-money and trading between $3.20 and $3.30 per contract.
If TOL rallies up to $36.76, that would represent a $5.55 up-move from current levels. That would be enough to push the TOL March 30 Calls (TOL CF) from $3.20 all the way up to $6.80, good for a very solid 112% gainer." Based on that price forecast, I'll enter the play at the open of tomorrow’s trading: Buy the TOL March 30 Calls (TOL CF). Current bid/ask spread is $3.20–$3.30 per contract. I'm trading 1000 contracts.
Will keep you posted, or watch it for yourself

Anyone want a free forex recommendation also ?
I'm a personal lover of the "swissie". Based on personal setups. We're trading as follows.
Long 1 lot EUR/CHF @ 1.5930 Target @ 1.5960 We'll just squeeze it for 30 pips or so. I think it will test the 5960 Should take $300
Long 1 lot EUR/CHF @ 15930 Target @ -open- S/L @ 1.5890 We may nurse this one some more. Longer term indicators look higher, so we're of bullish bias.
The above two trades (FOREX and CFD) are if you maybe want to track some of our "real-time" trades as other people have asked for. I probably won't be doing this too often, by the way. I have no objection sharing with invested members. But putting these here is not something that is likely to continue, as what we trade when, is not public record. Also, I trade my way. You trade yours. If I start posting potential recommendations, I'm just opening up a whole can of worms I don't really want. There is always someone better our there than me... I don't deny that. But let him keep it to himself. And I'll keep my money making methodologies to myself, and the practices of my business.
Also please note, this is a personal trade, in my personal live account. Not our main corporate margin account. However, you want to track our trading results don't you ? well, I am the chief trader. So all our corporate trading is based on my calls anyway... as I instruct new traders in our team also. So you are actually checking my ability if it boils down to it. (Plus... I add all my personal profit to the liquidity of the business anyway ) Lots are standard lots = $10 per pip

Nice move in the EUR/CHF for us yesterday.
First lot took 26 pips. $260 profit.
Second long opened @ 1.5930 now trading at 1.5973. Over $300 in profit and now trailing.
Just for those that asked for a real-time trade.
I will post Interbank transaction history when both trades are closed.
Also, took toll contracts @ 31.30. Trading closed at 31.81 and we're still bullish obviously.

We're more than half way to profit on target on first lot. In profit on both longs. And still looking bullish.
Not sure if you're still following this thread... it's been a bit quiet
After a few bits of correspondense between us, it is just not possible for HansG to carry out any dd or review any new companies at this time...
So we won't be appearing on his site any time soon.
I am however willing to try
I'll say this again just to recap for anybody not reading the whole thread.
I did not "go public" with my corporation so snag 1000 $100 accounts... I am not a fly-by-night HYIP.
I am looking for about 10 equitable partners to provide me with some flexability and liquidity. For you, there is a 1 year exit with all principal 100% intact and returned, and for your aid, a handsome profit.
It is a mutually beneficial partnership, with your investments allowing me to unlock my own capital for trade. This way I can achieve the financial goals of my firm and it's investors, my own financial goals, and strive to play an integral part in partners/investors achieving theirs.
My firm is well on it's way to our "First Million" of pure profit. We are going to have a fantastic 2007, with 5 potential triple digit gainers in equities markets already setup. We are bullish on gold for 2007, as we have had technical signals, market analysis and historical confirmation, and belief in our methodologies to say that the gold:oil ratio WILL be restored, and it will be gold that is the mover. In FOREX we will continue to bank a consisent 10%+ per month gains 2007 is the year we're taking names, and banking gains.
If you want a profitable year, with minimal risk... all I can say is you would be a fool to overlook our offers.
Prosperous new year and Merry Christmas to all FreeSpirit Investments

25k to a P.O.Box number ?
I totally agree... I would not "post" 25K to anyone... not even my mother...
Luckily for you, you would be investing via bankwire into a verified corporate securities account, which also fortunately for you, has been put through legitimate due diligence processes by the bank... phew...
The PO BOX is an unfortunate affliction that comes with offshore incorporation... if you've ever tried it.
No, we are not staffed in a nice office in the Seychelles. I've never said we were. We do not maintain staffed offices, as we generate over 85% of our revenue via online trading and sharedealing... Why would I rent an empty office ? So mail, like your 25K cheque could pile up there ?
If you were to invest via this verified corporate bank acco**** however, (and it's 20K btw), you would receive, as all other investors do, a Due Dilligence pack, with certified copies of our Certificate of incorporations, staff portfolios, company history etc. etc. etc... It's quite a good read I think personally...
Maybe sleep on it one more night...

Good day and good tidings to all.
I hope everyone has had a great Christmas and festive season so far !!
I thought I would just update some of the highlights of our Christmas AGM here, as some folks may be interested.
It was a "festive" meeting if anything, with some great profit announcements and gains this year, and more than tripling potential for next year. I also "themed" it to the tune of the classic Christmas Carol, as we had various discussion about: The ghosts of Christmas Past, present and future, so to speak From that AGM the following has emerged:
1. The Ghosts of Christmas Past This was purely a reflection and adjustment of our "old-school" offline ways of thinking and doing business. Some of our "bad trades" and losses were discussed, but not dwelled on... it was more a "learning experience" session. Not too much to highlight to the public out of this one.
2. The Ghosts of Christmas Present Our new/current exposure to the "outside world" was discussed at length, but there as an overall positive tone that emerged from it. Getting "public" equity partners to release our capital for trading would be beneficial to our company and partners. We will however, remain a "closed" membership and to be honest, more than likely only post here and the FWU forum. The rest of the "marketing" will continue to be word of mouth and referrals/invitations from existing members. Also, the rest of the details from this session I will spare you.
3. The Ghosts of Christmas Future This was the the best of the items on the agenda, as you can imagine The potential tripling of gains in 2007 was a nice start to the session, with even our most conservative and skeptical projections showing massive yields due to enhancements to trading setups and strategies, upgraded VIP partnerships with some heavy hitters in the equities markets and of course, added leverage from public investors. The only "bah-humbug" note to come out of this session, was the unfortunate withdrawl of the 1KO product I setup to appeal more to the man-in-the-street. Other voting shareholders did not feel it was a viable profitable/productive offering, and would involve to much admin overhead etc.
On the flip side though, one positive I managed to push through is to give potential equity partners the ability to "scale" into a 20K Mighty Double. The details of this will follow shortly, but to summarise, it means that you can scale in at say 5k a month to reach the 20K initial required. Your 5k will be added to a Mighty Double account, however we make up the 15k difference for you, so that the account can be properly treated and traded as such. As you add 5k, we remove 5k of our funds. Also, you may potentially only have to end up adding 15k, as by the 3rd month of 5k and full compound, we would possibly have already generated 5k worth of profit in your account, making that the last 5k addition...
Using PayPal was also discussed, as we feel at least the DD process for paypal is much more thorough than say E-gold's. But this remains to be seen, and needs to be decided mostly by the potential investors.
I'll leave it at that. Will post any updates as and when they occur.
Happy new year to all !

Last one for the day...
This just in from one of our brokers... (you may or may not already know...)
As a mark of respect to the late President Ford, Tuesday January 2nd 2007 will be a national day of mourning in the USA. Both the NYSE and NASDAQ exchanges have announced that they will be closed on this day and therefore US equities will be unavailable for trading on the 2nd. Other US markets may also be affected...

Sir in which country you are incorporated ?
Good day bml^ (and others wanting to know...)
We are an IBC incorporated in the Seychelles. We are incorporated as a private investment firm, with our articles of association stating and legally permitting us to undertake any investment activity in any of the world markets.
At this stage however, we are a closed/private membership. Our application for a brokerage and capital management license is in the process of being approved by various governing bodies, at which stage we'll be authorised and permitted to accept and trade "public" 3rd party funds. At that time, we will most surely officially open to the public with a properly structured IPO.
Until then however, anyone can contact us for application and account opening forms to join the private membership either by posting your interest here, or mailing us at fsi_ltd@hotmail.com (sorry about the hotmail address... ongoing mail issues with our provider has forced us to use this for the time being)

For those that want a taster Here is the last of our posts before we closed for the festive season...
"If you had $10,000 to invest, where should you put it? In small, punchy stocks that can make 700% in three months? That’s a lot of risk…
For the conservative investor, it’s hard to sit and watch those hotshot day traders make triple-digit winners while your buy-and-hold strategy ekes out modest gains and most of your money stays tied up in long-term stocks.
What those day traders don’t tell you is that they can lose just as easily, and sometimes it can be devastating. That’s the name of the game… But that doesn’t mean there aren’t growth stocks out there that can make a hefty gain for the conservative investor without all that added risk.
In fact, I’ve got a few that will really treat you well in 2007. There are three main sectors I want you to look at: water, natural gas and agriculture. These industries are where you should put that $10,000.
Water will be an increasingly in-demand commodity. Last year, 1.5 billion people lacked drinking water. That number will more than double in the next 20 years. Of that 1.5 billion, more than 2 million people, mostly children, died of diseases that could have been prevented with a clean, plentiful water supply.
Some big names in the water industry could give conservative investors a nice way to profit in 2007. Just a few are Veolia Environnement (VE:NYSE) and Suez (SZE:NYSE) from the utilities sector; and Flowserve Corp. (FLS:NYSE) and Badger Meter, Inc. (BMI:NYSE) from the industrials sector.
Of these, our two favorites are Veolia Environnement and Badger Meter Inc., though Suez is priced more moderately than Veolia.
The natural gas sector promises to heat up in the next five years, and I think next year will be a huge breakthrough for exploration in the Rocky Mountains. Over the next five years, the oil and gas industry will spend $25 billion on natural resource development of the Rockies. There are so many players in this area already, big and small, that you could throw a dart and hit a profitable company.
There are some mid-sized companies that will also do well with any discoveries. In the pipeline and infrastructure sector are Enbridge, Inc. (ENB:NYSE), Williams Companies (WMB:NYSE) and Holly Energy Partners (HEP:NYSE); and EnCana (ECA:NYSE) is an interesting choice in the exploration sector.
Of these, our favorite is Williams Companies with a fair price and a ton of potential.
Agriculture is closely tied to water, of course, and any droughts severely affect crop yields. We’ve seen droughts slash the wheat crop in Australia this past season, causing wheat prices to jump to 18-year highs. Droughts in Argentina forced the country to halt corn exports to Brazil. These types of shortfalls can have global implications. And companies are working feverishly to provide solutions.
In the genetic seed industry (that can make seeds more drought resistant), Monsanto (MON:NYSE) and Syngenta (SYT:NYSE) lead the way. The fertilizer industry has Agrium Inc. (AGU:NYSE) as a world leader in nutrient production. And Lindsay Manufacturing (LNN:NYSE) provides irrigation technology that saves water and energy to markets around the world, though it’s a bit more of a speculative play due to lower trading volume.
Of these, we really like Agrium and Syngenta. They are both moderately priced, yet have a great market share in each of their industries.
So to sum up, water, natural gas and agriculture will be hot sectors in 2007. Check out Veolia Environnement and Badger Meter in the water industry, Williams Companies in the natural gas sector, and Agrium and Syngenta in the agriculture industry.
Enjoy the holidays!"

Making money is addictive !
And as any good "dealer" will tell you... the first one is always free !
So with that in mind...
"We have had great success in 2006 playing call options on American International Group (AIG:NYSE). Now the charts indicate that it’s time to go back to the well once again for your first trade in 2007.
As you can see by the chart above, AIG looks poised to rally from its current price of $71.66 all the way up to a clean $75. That’s good for a $3.34 move in six weeks.
If we witness a move like that, the AIG May 70 Calls (AIG EN) should increase from $4.20 up to $6.70, good for a 59.52% gainer.
If AIG breaks past $75, there’s the possibility of the stock moving all the way up to $80, which would result in a very nice 138% gain on the May 70 calls.
Based on that forecast and calculation, let’s go ahead and buy the AIG May 70 Calls (AIG EN) at the open of tomorrow’s trading . (Last week’s closing prices were $4.10– 4.30 per contract.)"

Anybody remember the play that we recommended earlier on Almost Family Inc. (AFAM:NASDAQ). We recommended shares of this home healthcare company that is acquiring private home healthcare companies, mainly in Florida, at $23.90 per share.
Would you believe that AFAM now trades for $43.81per share? Our Inner Circle readers are now sitting on a tidy 85% gain.
Of course, the stock splits in a few days. After analyzing the effect this split has on our position, I’ll be in touch concerning a hold or a sell.

Oh well...
Meant to post yesterday... Just a final snippet of what our members enjoy.
"If the first trading day of 2007 is any indication of the rest of the year, then we’re in for quite a lot of volatility.
At the open of trading this morning, the Dow popped 70 points higher -- on the way to scoring a 110-point gain by midday. The triple-digit advance came thanks to Wal-Mart Stores Inc. (WMT:NYSE), which surprised a lot of people with its holiday sales figures -- and Home Depot Inc. (HD:NYSE) which rallied on the news that its highly-compensated and under-performing chairman and CEO Robert Nardelli had resigned. (It’s always a strange sign when a stock rallies on the news of a CEO leaving, isn’t it?)
Further strengthening the upside was crude oil, which dropped 4% (or $2.55) to $58.60 a barrel.
But as soon as the gains appeared -- they also dried up. Shortly after lunch, a rash of profit taking hit Wall Street -- and with just over one hour left in the trading session, the Dow turned its 110-point gain into a measly five-point gain. What incredible intraday volatility!"

I suppose, the real test of a trading research system is in the gains made by the readers. Just ask a few:
“In and out in just 2 days for a gain of $3,155 on 20 calls. Many thanks.” – B.J.
“I got in at a little over the $1.15 but got out at $2.50!!” – K.P.
“When HD popped up $1.65 this morning I sold the call at $2.70! I am not greedy, 125% gain is good enough for me.” – S.W.
“In at $1.25 and out today at $2.90. That appears to be a 132% gainer in 2½ days. Great call and keep ‘em comin.” – J.L.
“I was in at $1.05 and out at $1.85. Luckily, I guessed right about the high yesterday. A few more like that would not hurt either my feelings or my pocketbook.” – B.N.
“Sold half yesterday @ $1.85... (your target of 46 for common). Sold the other half today at $1.70... Thanx for the great trade...” – M.H.
“Thanks for the play on ABT puts. I bought at $1.15 on the 21st and sold at $1.80 on the 28th for a 57% gain in just 3 trading days! Keep up the good work!” – J.L.

Just a newsflash... nothing profitable (yet)
North Korea Pushing the Nuclear Envelope… Again.
It seems we’re making little headroom in thwarting the growing North Korean nuclear ambitions until you realize that the North Koreans remain so adamant on sanctions being lifted because the sanctions must be working. Now there’s a possibility of another nuclear test? Seriously, though, any near-term nuclear testing on their part is for attention. It’s as if they’re saying, “lift the sanctions or else.” It’s like watching a three-year-old throw a tantrum because he can’t get what he wants.
According to U.S. defense officials, as referred to buy ABCNews.com, North Korea is likely preparing for another nuclear test, adding, “We think they’ve put everything in place to conduct a test without any notice or warning.” That’d be just great for its relations with neighboring “friends.” Any nuclear test would put its “friends” on very high alert, and send shockwaves throughout the international community.
While the U.S. officials are being cautious because of inconclusive intelligence, they are saying the preparations are “similar to steps taken by Pyongyang before it shocked the world by conducting its first nuclear test on Oct. 9.” The test was quickly followed by the U.N. Security Council’s decision on October 15 to impose harsh sanctions.
Mind you, the sanctions could have been worse if not for China’s and Russia’s cries that harsher sanctions may isolate North Korea and make the situation grave. As they stand now, according to ABCNews.com, the sanctions “further mandated an embargo on major military hardware such as tanks, warships, combat aircraft and missiles to North Korea.”
Unfortunately, the North Korean negative rhetoric PR machine kicked in after the sanction. According to the North Korean Premier, the country needs nuclear weapons to protect itself from the United States. Even better, the Premier feels that North Korea has been nothing but patient and sincere with its efforts, seeing no reason for sanctions.
