im starting up a new HYIP and i was wondering what laws i need to check out before going on to make a hopefully sucessful HYIP game, using the new paymentz system. I wan't to advertise it everywhere (search engines and stuff) so it needs to follow all regulations (i don't want it to close down)

btw im based in the UK

Is Paymentz online yet? I thought they were having problems starting up and were going to give refunds to investors?

iv done a couple of hyip game and im in uk. No problems whatsoever . If it gets more than 100k invested you might want to write loads of stuff on the site like 'invest at your own risk''this is only a game' etc etc

Thanks for that, I'll write that stuff up, but i was thinking more in terms of tax or some other lame stuff, many people don't know. If I make money out of this, do I need to pay tax on it ? I heard that if playing then you don't because it's considered gambling, but im not sure about if we own one.

GDoggett your right. Paymentz are now starting to give refunds. I wish it wasn't the case but i guess im going have to go back to using the e-gold system

So it it legal or illegal to run a HYIP game site? I mean is it still illegal even though ure honest and won't run away with any of the money?
