To the best of my knowledge, ICC has closed shop and gone.

Thats the impression I receive from other forums where ICC is in the closed/scam folders.

The information is very sketchy - the website is still up although they state they are a private program with no memberships available, but one person said they had met their target and then later said they hadn't.

If anyone has any inside knowledge of ICC it would help tremendously to appreciate how the market stands at the moment and how PWW is likely to be accepted by those still sitting on the fence.

I think he cant answered you and maybe never,ICC absolutelly a SCAM program,for those whose are joined ICC please post if you got paid,for those who are interested about RPP should be hold and waiting ICC result before make a decision for joining even its a small fee ( But have a larger members )

From what I have gleaned from ICC and other forums, ICC seems to have placed some form of 'Gag Order' on its members. They have been instructed not to talk about the company or its status to anyone.

It would be really unusual if everyone in this program managed to keep their mouths shut though, there is always someone willing to spill the beans in public, even under an assumed identity......hint hint!

I bought a 2nd contract (paid $50) yesterday and I saw that it fell under my first contract (me) as the sponsor. Is this right? What's the actual procedure to buy/add another contract?
But, later when I logged in to my back office, I did not see this 2nd contract I just bought. It only said I had bought only 1 contract back in December. What went wrong?

than after buy contracts you have unusued contracts
you have to go there again - to maintaine contracts - and fill in the name and so on .... for the contract holder ... your own name or someone elses

Last night we have a long telefon-conference with our partners. We discuss the news from our partners what we should do, the insurance control rejected all applications and sconces our partners. At first we was dismayed. After a while and lively discussion about the news, we have to decide about the news. So, at first we would run the program as usual or we inform our members about the truth? If we run the program as ususal, conduct negotiations with the insurance control, we run the risk of accept the punishment from the insurance control. So, we would not deviate from the truth and we decide to inform our members about the truth, and conduct negotiations with the insurance control, so we have a better position.

Now, what are the next steps:
According to our disclaimer/risk disclosure we rejected all applications, too.
From today there is no sign up possible, even so, if any available bonus isn't payed out, then we do the payout within the next 7 days.

We are really sorry and angry about this, because if we could not finish the business then we will also lost billions of dollars. We are really angry about the office, because we had finish the program within the next 2 month, because a investor would buy all the rest of the applications. So, in the foreseeable future we will try to bring in negotiations with the insurance control the program back. please be patience and let us do our work, we would renegotiate with the insurance control, we stay tuned to bring the program back.

The update is confusing to me. All the while during the conference call, Dieter has been saying that this program is backed by an insurance company and a bank. Why would they need to renegotiate with themselves....something sounds off..

I think .. we have to just relax and wait for solutions

I tend to agree with you on the fact that... after months of asking and searching. I am yet to find anyone who does not have a significant investment in the background of a program itself or is a prime promoter that has been successful in one of these programs. 10 years ago these programs were all done via fax and mail and took years to "process". However now with the internet they can sign up thousands in months.

Not that that makes the program legit.

1.ICC the one closed earlier still dont paid members,and they give these members many excuses and reason.there is 6 Month already ! None of their members has report to us if they got paid

2.GPP that give us a dateline to reach the target in the end of august,and NO ONE YET HAS CONFIRM WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING WITH US & OUR MONEY IF THE TARGET DIDNT REACH !

3.PWW has reach 50000 contract already and suddenly said have problem with their insurance company,while before they claimed have a bank & insurance company back up ?

4.HCI25 never or Provide a Real Logic answer yet,They are less of communication and See the winner of car contest never release himself to public,if this is TRUE,why the management dont dare to give us his address or even a Telephone number to us for check

This is important,if you read & see of their concept you will know everyone of them have a strong relationship,some of members always said "IF" we cant afford paid the small fee then dont Join,If you join why dont you treat as lottery ?? I've seen you post in all the RPP threads saying these are fake. The people that are going to join will join, the people that aren't won't. Why are you so involved or concerned if you don't believe in them. You're following each program sooooo closely, you know every detail and stage of where each program is yet you think they're scams. If I think a program's a scam, I just don't post. Why do you have such an interest in them? This is a real question, I'm not trying to be funny or anything. I can't send PM's yet or else I would have.

you are of course welcome to your own opinion nothing wrong with that and I won't even bother debating the RPP issue with you as I don't care one way or the other, but you really made my day when you said RPP owners are cheating people, yet you play HYIPs? hahahaha some of the biggest crooks in the online world have been the HYIP owners over the last few years.. that was really funny.. thanks for the laugh.

Well... I read what a lot of you had to say and I'm definitely not here to argue who's right and who's wrong. If it pays, cool. If it doesn't, oh well. If you want to invest (and can afford to risk) your $40-$50 then do so. Your loss (individually) is $40-$50 IF and I say IF this program doesn't comply.

This can be argued from so many different angles and perspectives and the fact still remains that this is a gamble like anything else we do in this and other forums. You can take your $40-$50 and put it in a bank and in a year, you'll probably make about $1 give or take. You could take your money and put it in a HYIP and you might get lucky and make money but the odds are against you since 95% of HYIP's are scams (Solid Investments, VIP invest, SLS investments, just to name a few).

Yes if they scam, They will make a lot of money but what other HYIP or Program that scammed didn't make money?? This is a program that could give you a huge reward for a nominal fee. It's up to you as to what you want to do. Basically a 50-50 chance that either you're gonna win or you're gonna lose. It's up to you to decided if you can afford to let go of your money of not. Sometimes in life you have to take a chance to get ahead and if you lose, that does not mean you're a loser. That means that you took a chance and you lost, that's it, no more, no less.

I will say this again, there's a conference call that all of you could listen to and ask these questions that you guys are posting here. You might get your answer there and you might not but at least you're getting some info to add to your due diligence. Also, in case no one knew, PWW has been holding a conference call for their program and they sometimes talk about GPP. Get on these calls and ask questions and make a decision: Are you In or Are You Out?? (50-50)

P.S. - Jdreams, in case I didn't mention this before, Whether or not GPP reaches their quota of 100,000 contracts or beneficiaries, they are still going to proceed with the payment proceedings. This was on the conference call last week and from what I heard this was confirmed with Stella whose at the GPP forum however, I didn't confirm that info but you can go to the GPP forum and ask her for yourself.

You are more than welcome to offer up your opinion, no matter what it is... this is a public forum.. I merely thought it was funny that you called RPP's scams and yet you said you "invest" in HYIPs, where 99% of them are scams as well.

As the previous poster said it's a personal thing, if you don't mind "gambling" 40 or 50 bucks, as that's what you're doing then go for it.. if it's not for you then it's not.

But I will never understand when people try to tell people what they should or shouldn't do with their own money...

I not sure if I understand what you said but if you said "why does this matter" then my answer is that I'm curious to hear what they're doing to rectify the situation. They say they will fix this and for us to be patient. I don't have a problem with being patient but if they're still doing the conference calls, then to me, it signifies that they're not giving up (although I could be wrong but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt).

I have been told by 2 different sources in the last 24 hours that the problem is being rectified and buying should be back (REAL SOON) and that it is going to close out very rapidly once it does reopen. They have a large investor about to buy up a load of contracts.

I hope it does happen and it is just a wait and see game.

I thank you for that update littleone1110. I heard on the conference call (not the PWW conference call) before the insurance control issue that there were 4 investors that were going to purchase 25,000 contracts a piece which would close the program. I hope it happens soon also.

1: who were you 2 sources for this information?

2: if PWW does come back, will the multiple contracts that I have alreday purchased be reinstated , or does my contracts count go back to zero so I have to re-purchase all contracts again?

Would appreciate any light you might be able to shed on these 2 points.

I belong to several other boards and received private messages from these sources.

From what I was told, everything will stay in place and keep moving forward.

It is anticipated that once this reopens for additional purchases to be made, it will move very quickly to completion because they have large investors about to buy up a large block of contracts. (See Zeus' comment above. So you have a forum member here confirming also what I have said).

PWW4YOU has continued to have their online conference calls and I know there were at least 2 last week so if you have the independent link to the conference room, use it to listen in on the calls and you can pose questions there.

If I can get an update this weekend, I'll post it.
