I read in the business times yesterday that those who bought property on Sentosa Cove, especially The Berth, made alot of money. I wonder if anyone did in this forum ?

Based on some of the past reports in the papers, it did look like quite a few Singaporeans bought property on sentosa cove as a sort of retirement living. They bought Ocean Front. These people are smart (but of course you need to have the money).

Same for those who bought the One Degree 15 marina membership. The price of the membership already shot up within the year by thousands. That is what I called smart investing.
