Hi,

Has anybody else had any problems with the latest version of MSN Premium (version 9 I think)? Since I've downloaded the latest version, I have experienced the following problems:

a) I've lost all the email stored on my computer.
b) I don't get in any new email.
c) I can only read my email using Hotmail.
d) I can't delete any email.
e) MSN Support are not up to the job and told me it would take 48 hours before a higher level of support would get back to me. After the 48 hours, I contacted them again and they said again it would take 48 - 72 hours for support to get back to me.

I am really frustrated with MSN. It has never been entirely satisfactory. How do other people feel about MSN?

Many thanks in advance.

Stick with MSN Live Messenger, some OS have problems with a unfixed bug from microsoft, this goes if you use Win ME/98

EDIT. SORRY! I wrote XP Instead of 98!

Hi Eiranis,

Many thanks for your reply. I am using MSN Live Messenger and I have Windows XP. This problem has occurred on two computers. I would be quite happy to get back to the previous version of MSN if I could get back my emails stored on my computer.

Anybody else got any suggestions / comments?

You could use windows messenger instead or find any previous version of MSN messenger that are still supported, maybe the 7.0 version?

Remember to check if you have the lastest updates from microsoft.

Hi Eiranis,

Thanks very much for that. I've been away for 3 weeks and all my emails have built up - I have now over 1200 meals to process, most of them to do with business.

Cheers
