I had a similar problem, but a quick email to support was the fix. (need to provide date of contract / pension purchase and Batch #.)

I have emailed support 4 times now re contracts not showing on website, with no response, so I have emailed the CEO today telling him support are not responding - will see if that has any effect.

I have been waiting for PAYOUT since first september 2007!! All must be ok allready on that day! SO PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS THEY ARE!

I also sent in my info re contracts and accts and batch numbers to them, they just dont respond at all!!!

Did you use this email support@hci25.com ? how long did you wait (working days) ?

I just sent them another request to update my account.

I too could not login even after members here have been posting for more than a month that they have no problem logging in.

I contacted hci using the "Contact Us" link and the following day I found a reply from "Euclid Diodorus" <euclidhci@gmail.com> in my inbox asking for details as they could not find my account in their database.

I sent a screenshot of my e-gold payment and again the next day I found another email from Euclid instructing me to create again my account using the same username in my payment screenshot and they will activate it.

I did what I was told and immediately my account was activated, showing my payment for the hci policy I paid for.

Just an info on how my problem was fixed.

About 15 minutes after posting this. Euclid responded, informed me that my infomraiton ahs been updated. However, left out my sponsor's name. Will need to contact Euclid again.

This program pays. The RPP part has not, as the member number is not yet the 27,000 needed to close this.

This firm has peformed as they say they will.

It is up to you to read the information, and decide for ourself.
If you invest in anything, you need to know what you are investing in, and then decide if it aligns with your goals.

Absolutely NOT. And for what it's worth......it won't happen again because it really isn't worth trying to defend why I posted that. I emailed the support several times, no reply at all!
But I still believe in this program and will refer my family members to join the pension plan!

You need look no further than the last line of their spiel for proof that they are a bunch of scammers:

" We are one of the few distributors of bank debenture trading programs."

Bank debenture trading programmes were one of the outstanding fraudulent offerings of a few years ago. They just do not exist - except as a means of parting the unwary from their money.

I ill not post any screen shots here.

The RPP is not one of their investment projects. It is different than their investment ops.

They have just closed the China Project, the Russian project has been closed for awhile, and all money received.


No one is twisting anyones arm here. I don't care what you do or don't believe. It is your own choice if you get involved or not. Believe what you want and do what you want.

I do not need anyone to sign up with me or anything, so either read, or don't. Learn...or don't.
