Where are they on contracts sold?

No new newsletter yet, so no info regarding total membership numbers as of this date. I think they're not even done working on the website at this point.

I seem to remember some nationalities are not eligible. Go check the info on the website to be sure.

Apparently, the site is still a work in progress (it's taking way too long, though IMO).

Have you tried using a free proxy to address the IP problem?

I haven't. I think they'll inform us when it's time to do that. Probably when the membership has reached the required numbers.

I've been trying to login since I joined and haven't been able to so far.
Ive bought "policies" so that shouldn't be an issue.
Any ideas out there?

check your user id .. make sure its correct .. other than that if you still can't just wait for the next new letter to see the update on the backoffice situation. If you are still unable to login send an email to support.

Hi grannipat,
I was have the same problem like you. This is what i got from the support>>

Hi !

It seems that we cant find you in our database. This is because of an error that was made when we changed our webhost.
Please register again with the username you used the first time, that will work and we will then register that and all will be ok.
We will update your account then with the payment you already have done.

Thank you for your help in this matter !

Regards Support

I hope this will help.
grannipat
Thank you all for your help!
When I signed up 9/5/07 our passwords didn't need to be 8 characters with both numbers and letters....they do now!
But, I signed up again with my original username and a new password and that got me in.
No payment was showing, so I went into utilities, under Payment Problems, and clicked on the highlighted email address and sent them an email with the info they requested: date of pmnt, amount of purchase, and which account payment was made from with my email address and referrer.
I'm putting all of this in here for those of you who are having the same problems.
By the way, When do they require the KYC info and how do you upload that info to them?
I understand the scanning part, but not the rest....not too savvy in that area!
Thanks again!

hi there you mean u were able to send them the feedback through the backoffice ? I'm not sure but the send button isn't workin in my browser ..

same goes for the KYC documents page .. the browse button isn't workin .. is yours ?
grannipat
Hi Damien87,
I went back in and yes, I can go into My Page, Member Information, which is where the KYC documents tab is, but you're right, the Browse button doesn't work....maybe that'll come later.
In Member Utilities I clicked on Payment Problems, then I clicked on the highlighted payments@hci25.com, then Outlook Express came up and I put the pertinent information they asked for and hit Send....it went.
I did this just before I came back here to be sure I was correct in what I was saying.
Hope it helps! wink.gif
Damien87
yup alright thnx
Damien87
Alright .. i've contacted support .. here's the official reply ..

"Hi !

The KYC documents wont have to be uploaded until we have reached maturity of the plan. Thats why it is disabled as of yet. You can use another E-gold account to pay for the other positions, thats no problem. You will be able to update your info later on. As of now you can just send us the new info and we will update your backoffice for you.

Please also have a look at our new LDTP Project which will be a great success for all of our members.

Good Luck !

Well, I think they've been around for quite a while and are still a long way from the target of 27,00 (if I remember right) members.

The website is not completed as well. Maybe they're busy with other projects but I think people need to see things progressing at a faster pace than what we've seen so far.

Just my two cents.

wink.gif at first, I wanted to say it establishes credibilty that a program has paying projects.

But now, where's the verifiable proof? We have the Russian project, the 2 cars, the Paris trip and so on and so on.

So right now, I do not know what it is to happen. All I can say is, "I pays my money and will enjoy the ride." wink.gif

My sentiment exactly where my RPP's and TEP's are concerned. We don't really know anything. And all we can do is wait (and keep our fingers crossed!).

After reading the latest newsletter I decided to check on my contracts purchased. To my surprise it shows Pension Plan: $0 and Total number of units: 0 When it should be $135/3units . Anybody else having the same problem or am I just an isolated case?

I've reread the newsletter it seem to suggest that back office should now have records of our purchase :

"When it comes to the Pension Plan this will only show as the amount you have paid for the number of contracts you have paid for"
Excerpt from the latest newsletter (not the most clear and precise sentence)

To check on your own purchase login and mouse over to "My Page" and then click on "My Investment". Hopefully you will be able to see your units purchased. Please leave feedback on this thread in regards to your own units.

I have emailed HCI support hopefully it will be resolved quickly and painlessly.
