For all those that are interested, I contacted HCI's host (Surftown) and they advised that the site had been "suspended", and they were advised to look for a new site to host them.

This, I believe, would lend fuel to the rumour that they were "Let Go" due to being reported as a Ponzi scheme. I feel sure that they will "re-emerge" very shortly, as they are probably one of the RPP's that have actually paid out on a previous investment (Russian).

I received an answer from hci25 a few hours ago, they will be back in a few days. They are shifting to a new hosting company and as soon as they are online with them, they will bring up a site with the basic stuff and will then start to build a new platform with new functions for the site.

Actually, yes, and that wasn't the first project to payout and, as one would expect, they are locked by an NDA agreement, so no one will post publically.

I have not received any e-mail at all from the beginning. I'm surmising that the e-mail was in response to someone who communicated with HCI to inquire about the status of the program.
