I live in iran ( I and all freinds ** e-gold member ** in IRAN & Russion ) can't Login in e-gold

please if members have information about this problem post in this topic !

when I want to login to my account it shows my password is wrong;and also when I want to spend from new account to old account ,it shows that there are no account the same as it!!!!
whats the matter??

I think something is wrong with the e-gold site.
Many of Iranian accounts have been disappear suddenly.
I am sure that pass phrase or IP or ISP are not the problems.
Account is totally disappeard.
E-Gold will let us know if is going to ban us.
Also I have created a new account and its working fine.
I cannot spend money to my older account, I receive an error "the payee account (xxxxxx) is missing or invalid.
Also I know some friends that are from Iran and also their e-gold account is active.
I am using an american IP and cannot sign in old account...

Do you have any suggestions?

You should contact Egold directly and solve the problem. Even Egold will ban you, they should get your money out to you.

If ISP problem it will be solved soon.

Can the account did delete because you have specified false data during registration?

E-gold just deleted all the accounts from Iran users, don't know why, but they just did it, Iran users can not use e-gold anymore! If you live in Iran then your gold is lost!
