I've just tried to send some money from my IntGold to another one, and I had my account frozen, only because I haven't generated the verification letter and haven't faxed it to them.
Now, I am still trying (as I type) to fax that letter to them, after generating and printing it. Luckily, I have a fax machine here at my home, BUT:
1) The 1st fax number is not working. I tried to fax them and, after the page is completed, my fax showed a "404 error" (dang it, page not found??? What it means the "404" in the "fax language"?).
2) The 2nd fax number is almost always BUSY, and the few times that it isn't busy, they don't answer to my fax. What are they doing?
So, I have spent a International call from Italy to US, for nothing; and, I tried to re-fax them at the 2nd number, without success. Also, they're asking to mail the letter to snail mail (other than to fax it), for 1 point only (the max is 5 points).

You can try email them to admin@intgold.com with your signed affidavit. don't forget to convert the file to PDF format before emailing them
I never could get a fax thru.
I just sent mine snail mail, along with most of the other items. I got unlimited access. Hope the best for you.
