good payment processor..you must verify your account so that you have a security from them

I can't seem to get my account accredited with them

I sent in my paper work but because I am not able to provide a bill of any kind with a physical address on them they will not clear me....
my drivers has my physical address but I live on a major US highway and am not allowed to receive mail there....
I have to use the city post office and all bills have a po box number not physical address...makes no sense

I have had similar bad experiences with STP regarding these same verification issues. I refuse to use them as they would not answer a support request. Ridiculous outfit. Thankfully there are other competitors that I happily do business with. When it comes to STP, I say move on and save the headache.

I agree ... I sent in all verification paperwork and they still send me mails about every transaction wanting to know who and what of everything .... none of your info is private with them also... they do leak your personal information

Well I can't get them to answer my emails, I have sent 5 and not one reply
I all so tried to call and I get a recording and now reply. I was trying to get a friend of mine signed up but couldn't get answers from them. I'll move on

I completely agree. It seems like "Stella" is the only one answering emails. I find it really suspicious that Stella is always the one responding to everyone's email. Either they get very few emails or all their reps claim to be "Stella" to make it seem that "Stella" is caring for all of you. rolleyes.gif Come on. I've been hearing a lot of bad stuff about them lately. Now with their so called "Security Upgrade", nice excuse. I wonder what the real reason is. Who takes a whole website down for a security upgrade. I understand the login part, but the whole website. Something fishy is going on.

As well, from a few major players I know, they have been moving a lot of their business away from STP, since there has been a lot of issues between them. 4.gif such as disappearing money from their account that STP can't account for, or not processing other withdrawals due to excuses.

People enjoy the personal touch from "Stella" but this is simply a mom and pop operation that will not be able to compete. I know some people love them, and there are some who hate them. I simply do not trust them after the numerous stories I have personally heard, not read online, I have actually heard first hand stories.

Their live chat operators are so sweet and they helped me to verify my account and tow accounts of my friends INSTANTLY .... hassles free!

Consumer support is way too far from LR and PM, the best support ever seen for a payment processor honestly. smile.gif

Today, i can't access the website Mick the chat agent told m it is a ddos attacks, BLCC protection sucks, if they get more powerful protection, im pretty sure N°1 payment processor position is GUARANTEED! rolleyes.gif

BLCC hasn't hosted the site since yesterday, it's elsewhere now.

SolidTrust has identified a malicious attack against its clients and business. As has been publicly stated, we came under an extensive DDoS attack which resulted in significant downtime for all members. While in the process of mitigating this attack, our servers came under brute force attack and information from our database was stolen. These are criminal acts. The perpetrator subsequently created a URL wherein he posted the stolen information. SolidTrust, within 24 hours, was successful in reporting the crime to the ISP and webhosting provider of that URL, and the offending link and illegal content has been taken down.

Events such as the above constitute online break and enter. Some will accuse SolidTrust of negligence and we will be sharply criticized. If a thief breaks into your well guarded house and steals from you, it does not make you an irresponsible home owner. We are not downplaying these events but there has been no loss of information, no loss of funds, no access to passwords, none of the information in the database has been changed in any way.

This attack has been contracted and paid for by an individual or group. A war of this magnitude and depth is not cheap, and no one does it just for fun. Somebody somewhere wants SolidTrust Pay gone but that is not going to happen.

Anyone who is worried about their information is asked to contact priority@solidtrustpay.com and we will work to assure you that your information is safe

It's a bit too late to assure the members about the safety of information after the information has been made publicly available. The members are sure to be happy about the assurances of the safety of funds, however.

Anyone used their STP Debit card?

Anyone used their STP Debit card?

I have had their debit card for awhile now. STP used to be my fav, but recently last few months the delays funding the card have been too long. I always like them and support was great, but waiting almost two weeks is not acceptable. They blame it on the bank they do get the wires from. I just got the SP debit card, just need to find where and how to trade funds for SP, and then use their debit card instead. The debit cards are the only way for me to get funds out online. STP used to be really good up until now so dont know what the problem is. Besides the slow card loadings now, I have no other problems with it. Hope it helps! Oh yes and th eonly things with both debit cards, the PP charges 5 bucks to load the card, then the card itself charges 5 dollars to withdraw it! Expensive, but what ya gonna do?! Good luck to you!

They recently had some problems with wires as you explained, but said that everything was going back to normal now.
Can you confirm this?

If you have funds in another e-currency you can check out http://xchanger.org/

You can check out their thread on MMG here : http://www.moneymakergroup.com/Xchangerorg...cy-t268222.html
