DXSynergy looks interesting from their website, but I am concerned about the lack of certain information. Can anyone provide the following?

The names of the administrators.
An address for their operations. The address on their website turns out to be just a registered address in Vanuatu belonging to Atlas Corp. their registered agent.

Also, I notice from reading here and elsewhere that a couple of groups have been to visit the administrators. Did these groups visit the offices or the location(s) where the operations take place? Are the operations really located in Vanuatu? This doesn't seem likely, since they are an IBC registered in Vanuatu, which normally would mean they are not located there. But that seems to be where people go to meet with them.

Do they have any financial statements available for inspection?

Did the people who visited the company reps also visit any goverment agencies in Vanuatu to check them out?

It looks like DXSynergy might be a useful program to hook up with while trying to expand my own online business. But I consider answers to the above questions to be pretty much the minimum information I would need before I would move forward in that direction.

It appears those places are either unable or unwilling to provide the information I am looking for.

Has anyone here registered a DXGlobal Company? Were all the documents you received in order? This seems to be one of the more interesting aspects of the system.

The DXGC system has launched, and the registrations had to be gone over again recently, as many who submitted registrations made errors, such as not labeling Power Of Attorney properly or declaring the nominated member or shareholder, beneficiary information not proofed, and such things.

Paperwork will be delivered after this phase of ensuring all the submitted information is correct for the registrants.

As to the rest of your questions, some of what you are asking is in the DXPT Vanuatu Crew Report (http://www.dxpowerteam.com/vanuatu/DXPTVCR. exe - be sure to take the space out of the url when visiting) and the rest of the information is unfortunately still too sensitive to release at this time.

GDT is working with the Vanuatu government on some developments, and so both parties are giving very limited information about GDT at this time.

That information will come out later, after certain things are finished to satisfaction of those and related services.

It is tough working with a system that has to be in the closet so much during these development years, but rest assured that they are not going away (not after 6 years and only now beginning some massive new systems like the DXGC's).

You can get going with them now, and it will be beneficial to you if you start in early, or you can wait until you're more comfortable with the information that they can release.

Either is good. Now is better, but yes, you're going to have to accept receiving only need-to-know information at this time until they are able to come more out of their shell.
