if you check your account history, you can see how much each separate deposit has earned.
Since your own deposits are less than $200, you cannot withdraw earnings on the $25 bonus (anymore). The 'balance' reflects all earnings, but you can only withdraw earnings on your own deposits. The history is a bit difficult to read at first but the information is there. Hope this helps.

I have read the FAQ's and the question I have is with reference to withdrawing on the monthly plan (which is the one I have) the answer given in the FAQ's is after 30 days...

Is this then after the first 30 days and then I can withdraw whenever I wish, or can I only make a withdrawal every 30 days thereafter?

If you has selected monthly plan, you may take your earning after 30 days. You can make withdrawal after 30 days whenever you wish. But you can withdraw profit only for the current month, not for next month. After 30 more days you can withdraw next %!

Okay, one last detail: have you deposited in the daily plan or the monthly plan? If it is in the montly plan, you can only withdraw earnings after the month (30 days) has passed.

You can check which amounts are available to withdraw like this:
1. after you log in, click 'Withdraw'
2. select "www.e-gold.com transfer"
3. put something in the memo field if you want, you don't have to - then click "Submit"
4. on the next screen you see 3 fields, "Amount", "Withdraw funds" and "Your www.e-gold.com account number"
In the box behind "Withdraw funds" you should see one or more amounts in USD with a long code behind it. The 50 cent fee has already been deducted from the amount(s)
Choose the amount you wish to withdraw by clicking on it once.
5. Then type the amount in the first field ("Amount") If you don't type the entire amount here but only part of it, the remaining balance will automatically be compounded and added to the deposit you are withdrawing from.
6. Enter your e-gold number in the third field and click "Submit"
7. You are taken to the History page, where you should now see:
a. The deposit you just withdrew from, with the remaining earnings on this deposit
b. The 50 cent fee
c. The amount withdrawn, including a batch number
(If the transfer was not instant for some reason, there will be no batch number. The O-C system will continue to try and make the transfer until it succeeds, the batch number will then be updated on the history page.)

If you are certain you have earned more than $1.50 in the daily plan and the amount is not in the box I mentioned at step 4, I suggest you send in a support ticket explaining your problem. Hope this helps.
