I somehow think you're trying to withdraw the earnings from the bonus. Now you have to deposit 200$ to profit from the bonus. If it's not that then try to contact them and see what's the problem. I don't think you can't withdraw your earnings without any reason. And no, the ones that are posting "paid" here are not staff from Online Capital.

It certainly not fair too for you to say we are all their companion and we are assist them to promote their program. You have the freedom to trust or not to trust the system and when we say we are being paid, we meant what we say. There may have been some problem in the past in OC but the admin had proven themselve to be trustworthy. When problem arise, they immediately notice everyone in whatever channel they can access. They even help answer members worries. For my case, when they announce the deposit increase to $200, I was worried that both my bonus from the Free USD $25 and my deposit USD $30 will be locked up. But upon asking the support from live helpdesk, I was able to know how they going to run the system and they assure me that my bonus from my deposit USD$30 will not be affected by the new system.

Talk to the support and the admin first before came to a conclusion. Like that it fair for you and all the member of OC.

Also, you may have a total balance that looks like you can withdraw it, but your earnings on the $30 deposit could simply be too low to withdraw at this time.
If you click the withdraw link and select e-gold transaction, on the next screen you should see the balance(s) available to withdraw. If there is nothing there, your own earnings are still too low. ($1.50 minimum)
