I am one of those who has submitted support tickets and I STILL cannot resolve my problem.... it shouldn't have to be this difficult. Apparently, it takes FireFox browser to be able to make a withdrawal. I don't have Firefox and I can't install it on this computer. I've asked Admin or Support to just do the withdrawal request for me since they have control over that, but they won't do it. They keep telling me to get one form of Firefox or another! I am extremely frustrated!

You don't have to change browsers and there should be no reason why you can't use FF on your computer. FF runs independently of IE.

Thanks Xel! I am with you guys all of the way. Just a little disconcerted that my Oct 31 payout request was lost and had to do another request today after getting it listed back to my account via support ticket. Looks like another 7 business day wait, but I sure hope it won't take that long since it has already been 8 business days since the first request.

I finally sent Xel a note about this. The fact that GP tickets go to EV must be causing some confusion for EV.
Let's hope he fixes this for both the website members and staffs benefit. I am sure there are a considerable amount of people that don't know what the correct contact link for GP is.
At least it appears the NI contact link is working properly. So they are still working on things.

My missing-account-balance problem has finally been fixed after about a week, and did receive a confirmation email. At least I know for sure that the back-office support (although very busy) is still doing the job. Kudos to you Admin!

You need to understand that in correcting the script issues with EV the others can then be fixed quickly. There is absolutely no point to dividing their time here there and all over. It would be counter-productive.
I do also hope that they take a break and resume payouts in the sites as well, but they must do what is in the best interests of the "overAll".

Will the almost complete lack of deposits in the programs for 2 weeks affect the relationship with the traders? Or is it still flowing consistently because of those big EV investors..or maybe it does not matter at all as the traders do not rely on these programs and are doing us all a favour ?
I wish all these recent happenngs were well planned and smoothly executed

Did you read my post on the previous page? I contacted Xel and asked him to fix it and he did. I checked it after he fixed it and it was OK, and still is.
