Same as the others. Closed my ticket that apparently went into outer orbit, opened a new one using the correct link, and my account balance was fixed. Just now made a witdrawal biggrin.gif

Yeay my account has been fixed. But I was wondering do we have to wait another 7 working days for the withdrawal to be processed because I have already requested a withdrawal on the 31st of Oct.

The correct URL is:

The incorrect URL on the website is:

https://genesisprofit.com/ev/

I am not sure where the tickets are going to when using the incorrect URL. All I do know is when I used the correct URL, my ticket was replied to and my account balance fixed peace.gif

This is the 3rd time you are talking about "payment will start tomorrow". Update on mine: The second support message I sent through the new link was answered when I woke this morning. My balance is now showing and the genesis website allowed me to request my withdraw AGAIN. I am not crazy about having to restart my 7 biz days after already waiting 9 days, however with the way the HYIP world has treated me lately, I cannot complain.
I am happy admin is working through the problems in a respectable way.

Word of advice, only submit your support ticket through the link in above posts. It goes to the wrong place if done through the genesis website, that is as of yesterday anyway.

Happy to read this. But they need to fix the link on the website. It is a simple fix, and would only take a minute....if that.
