No worries trader, its bcs of the script change these delays happened, mine too is pending but I am confident as long as xel and tish is here, as I fairly know them and know what this program is, Sorry faclon never talked to you in IM

hope everyone can be patient... the site just came back online after a few days of absence.. there is a lot of things that admin needs to do.. try to imagine handling 4 programs at once... with thousands of accounts.. and thousands of people requesting for withdrawal... my,... i'll be
but good thing though they are putting a lot of effort to make sure that the site pays and running!!!

I submitted a support ticket 6 days ago through the GP site.
Today I get a response from admin@eliteventures.com or net or whatever saying they cannot find my account, well no kidding, I have never had an EV account and I submitted the ticket through GP site.
So I guess I waited 6 days for a response to my ticket from the wrong site....
I'm starting to think the $28 i had in here is not even worth all this hassle....
Can someone explain why again they decided to up and change scripts? Seems like a lot or work which has caused alot of problems as well.

Well check the title when you get there, it's the EV support ticket system... Did you get an answer about GP through there? Cause to me it would explain the "we cannot find your account" thing... Except if 50DaySurf didn't give enough precisions in his ticket of course, like his username.

Well I would say logically mine, as all the others aren't entitled "GenesisProfit" when you open them but mine is! Sorry for all the confusion... I think they messed up a little bit with the support links when installing the scripts.

Well submitted my ticket 24 hours ago Your tracking ID: WV48784PH but the link was through MMG for some reaon. Today I just went back and tracked it and it wasnt there, however the link was now Genesis profit Great, now I submitted again with this reference ND578TUGJN. Maybe this will track since the link was right. Good news is my deposit history is accurate however I have 0 balance and no withdraw history. I believe we are getting closer, just wanna get paid Pls.

Yeah, same here I closed my old ticket in MMGI support and sent the new one in GP support, I got my ticket fixed couple of hours later, then I requested w/d.
Now just waitting for payout, hopefully it's not that long, my old w/d request was on 10/31 in old sever.

I also had to cancel my previous ticket - it was directed to MMGI; made a new ticket yesterday and it was replied to early today. Balance was corrected and I have now made a withdraw request.
