my support ticket has just being answered. however very sad to say that instead of getting my payout latest on November 13th, 2006 which was requested on November 2nd, 2006 i have been took to make the request again and now i have to wait another fresh 7 business days.

very sad and disappointed.

Mine is still not resolved either but I beleive it will be given time my matured on 11/2 my balance is not correct and it's still showing up in my deposit history and all the money is not even showing.I sent in a ticket hope it gets fixed soon but I'm patience.They need time to get it fixed.

That was the response to my support ticket, instead of receiving a withdrawal to egold they are just correcting my account balance which means that I need to wait another 7 days to get it into my account.

It is still okay I will be just redepositing into a new plan. BTW, thanks.

thats what i have received.

btw, its 7 business days not 7 days. and that also means that any withdrawal made on thursday and friday will need too wait for 11 calendar days. and since mine withdrawal request made on november 2nd was reverted and i have to request again today, thats means i have to wait a total of 19 days...

just deposit using account balance, egold is the only option here.

The problem is I have nothing in my AB to withdraw...Lol
As far as the header it was an oversight and is a very easy fix.

yeah they are being replied some idiots sorry to say have sent in 100 posts at a time!
one to check the first and then to check on that one....lol all by smae people ........i just cant belive sorting thru them!

Xel and falcon are cool and doing them , i am abit more level head because if i went thru an saw some one who sent 100 emails checking his two bucks i would have flipped!

One suggestion, is to offer your username to Genesis Profit admin.

EV apparently had difficult time
matching usernames with emails, and it may apply here.

Hum... We'd need the admin to confirm, but members of EV in your situation have been paid without notice. Nothing appears in their account, the payment is just made and that's all. Chances are that you will be in the same case.
For your ticket, if it's still open and you are sure you've submitted all the necessary informations, then leave it as is. I think there are already too many tickets...

Admin,

I've sent two support tickets advising I CANNOT do a withdrawal request for my $55 because the site won't let me. I keep getting the warning "Page has expired." I got a response from support saying to use Firefox, but I don't want to change browsers. I'm happy with the one I have. Can't you please just send me my withdrawal request of $55 without me requesting it at the site?
