my support ticket has just being answered. however very sad to say that instead of getting my payout latest on November 13th, 2006 which was requested on November 2nd, 2006 i have been took to make the request again and now i have to wait another fresh 7 business days.

Chances are that you will be in the same case. For your ticket, if it's still open and you are sure you've submitted all the necessary informations, then leave it as is. I've sent two support tickets advising I CANNOT do a withdrawal request for my $55 because the site won't let me. I keep getting the warning "Page has expired." I got a response from support saying to use Firefox, but I don't want to change browsers. I'm happy with the one I have.
