I am not going to name names here, because we all deserve some privacy, but...

I am asking for prayer for a dear friend (mmg member) and his family. They have
a beautiful new baby girl! YAY!! She was born a bit early and was an emergency C section
from what I understand. I don't know all the details, but baby Gracie is having some
difficulties breathing and just needs some extra prayers right now as do her family.

I know some of you are not the praying kind or whatever, but if you could just
keep her in your thoughts, that would be awesome. I know her family would
greatly appreciate it.

She is so beautiful and just so incredibly cute

Wow Fishie told me she made a thread about Gracie and I am sorry this is the first chance I have got to get here and say thank you!

So thank you for all your prayers. and even if you are not "religious" I thank you for your kind thoughts.

Brief update:

Gracie was born on 9-8-2006 with underdeveloped lungs and she struggled from the very beginning during the first 3 days she progressively got worse and had to be flown to a hospital about 3 hours from where we live to be better taken care of.

My wife and I have basically moved to this area to be with her during this time and out other kids are at home being cared for by a Grandparent.

Gracie improved over the next 2 to 3 days and was moved from the ICU to what is called “family care” where she was being prepared for discharge then on her 1 week birthday during a feeding she inhaled some of her milk and it caused a whole in her lung (to detailed to try and explain here) and she has literally been fighting for her life since then

Now the Good news it has been almost 2 weeks since she developed the hole and she is almost back to 100% she still has some little problems but they will all be taken care of in the next couple of days and then she will start the discharge process over again.

She is doing great and we appreciate all the kind words that have been spoke about her.
