Too many ppl (idiots...) start a new topic when they mean to reply to an existing one. Amusing as it is for those of us with nothing better to do than laugh at them, is it possible to remove the "new topic" button when viewing an actual thread itself?

One button CLEARLY says Add Reply and another has the arrow. Never understood how people miss that.
