Have you tried disabling the cache on your browser entirely?
In firefox you can go to about:config and set browser.cache.disk.enable to "false"
In IE you should be able to turn of caching by going to the general tab in internet options and then clicking on settings under "browsing history." From there you can set your cache size down to 0 mb and set it to check for new versions of the page every time you visit the website.
Yes, I already done it, but the problem is that the server who connect me at the internet is storing the html pages on it's cache. I will contact my network administrator and try to fix the problem.
