Paypal Registeration Information

Hello Guys!!!
I am new to this world.I just earned some money online.The place where I earned that money only offers paypal transaction...PayPal to Paypal.so I needed a Paypal account.when I tried to register,my country name wasnt given in the country tab on registration page.I only need an account to transfer money from paypal to paypal(request and send).I dont want money in my hands.I just want to take it form a paypal account and then give it to some other paypal account(buy something online for example proxy bypassing account).so if i get a PayPal account,unverified,simple,not premium not business class(by giving wrong address and phone number),Can I still send and request money from paypal to paypal?
Plz guide me with this.I will be thankful.
