I`m from Indonesia, 6 months ago because some urgent need to receive payment through paypal, i bough ready-to-use paypal account from some one.
Next 2 weeks after received my payment, paypal limited my account because some problem with bank account that used to verified my paypal account, and when i asked to the seller, he said it was Virtual Bank Account.
He only gave me the VBA account number without any other help to release the limit on my paypal.

Paypal decides to limit my account permanently and i need to add new bank account (US)

Is there any option i can withdraw my paypal balance now?

From what i read, in the past people can use etrade security to withdraw paypal balance, but i think that option is not available anymore.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

Hi, yes there is an solution. Indonesian paypal allow withdraw to visa card. You can contact me if you want get such card.
